We knew our garage door was old so when the ice storm hit and we lost power and tried to open it manually. The chain came off. It was so easy to book an appointment online that fit my schedule. The very next day Wilkes, the Technician came out and performed his job like a pro. We did not think our old opener could be repaired and as it turns out, we did need a new one. Wilkes had it completed in just over an hour. I appreciated his honestly and friendliness. If we ever need anything for one of our other garage doors we will definitely be calling Precision and asking for Wilkes again.

This first-time experience with Precision Garage Door Service and specifically the service technician that solved my problem was definitely a 5 Star rating. From calling to schedule a repair to the completion of the job it was flawless. The appointment process was easy and I received txt and email communication from both the company and my service tech on the repair schedule and when they would arrive. Garrett Wright was my service tech and he did a great job of walking me through what caused my garage door to fail, along with items he found as future problems when doing his inspection and safety check. He told me up front what the cost would be with what was required to make the door operational again. And what was just good maintenance options I could have done while he was there to avoid having to call Precision Door back sooner than later. Garrett was professional and answered every question that I had. Because their trucks are fully stocked, he had everything needed to repair my door. It operates smoother and quieter than it has since I've owned the house. I am a very satisfied customer!

My experience was excellent from scheduling to completion! Our garage door spring and cable system had collapsed and was a hazard. We called and scheduled for 2:00 pm, we got a notification who our service tech (with picture) would be, and he could arrive early!!!! When does that happen? Landon Baker was amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with his assessment of the needs of the job. Truely a skilled technician and communicated everything that needed to be done to ensure a safe environment and deliver quality product. I first called precision door to repair two garage doors. I was told that the first door needed a new motor even though it opened up and down but didn’t stop when it closed, it just went back up. I thought it just needed an adjustment. Since I needed it to operate, I gave my permission to install the new motor even though I thought a simple adjustment would fix it. The second door motor only two years old I thought needed just an adjustment because it would not close all the way but was told it needed a new motor costing $1600. The tech said that that particular motor had problems and there was no fix for it. I refused the new motor installation and called another company to check it out. When the new technician arrived I explained the problem. Ten minutes later the door was repaired. The problem, two set screws were loose and the door operated as it should, nothing wrong with the motor. I paid the $150 service call and was completely satisfied. I will say I won’t be calling precision door again. Buyer beware.

We are considering changing our existing solid garage door to a new roll-up style. I called to get an estimate and they set me up the same day in fact the technician came early. Daniel Dawson was very friendly and outgoing. He was extremely knowledgeable in giving me an estimate and offered several options. If we go forward with this project, I would put Precision first because of Daniel's attitude.
