I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time and your advertisement in the Bellevue Clipper. My tech Lyle was excellent. Walked me through options as my garage door and opener from 2002. I needed a few things I hadn’t counted on but very happy with end results. Lyle explained how what I needed worked and point out the wear and tear on my parts. Couldn’t be more pleased. He was very helpful and friendly. When customer service at many places is at an all time low…. Lyle was great. Thanks

Our garage door stopped working. I called to schedule an appointment. The technician Jack was professional, knowledgeable and helpful! After he did some testing of our equipment, he recommended several solutions to resolve the issue and explained the pros/cons. We chose the solution and he quickly made the necessary repairs. I had the pleasure of having Kendrick as my technician for a keypad replacement. He was timely in his arrival and gave me ample notice prior to arriving. Not only did he replace and reset my keypad, he helped me with my garage door opener and performed a variety of safety checks on my garage door and motor. We were in a bind last night when a snake got trapped in a could and it cause the door to come off track and broke numerous parts. Precision got us a quick appointment for the morning. Jonathan was absolutely EXCELLENT!!! Arrived right on time, and really walked me through all that would need to be repaired and why. Super honest! Extremely helpful! So knowledgeable!!! I was totally pleased with the service I received. I phoned for service this morning and my garage door was fixed before mid-afternoon. Tony was a very personable, pleasant, and helpful person. Not only was the problem piece replaced, but he also lubricated the door, made some adjustments, and explained everything. He took a lot of time making sure everything was working properly. Furthermore, the cost was less than I had expected. Great service!

Jason replaced my garage door opener, added a fresh rubber bottom to the door, and pointed out an area of my garage door that had a weak attachment and replaced it with a new backet.
