I used Precision Door for the past 10 years. They're always prompt, courteous, efficient and I've never had to call them back on their work. I've used them to replace doors, openers and to repair other manufacturers hardware. I don't have to think about who to call if I have a garage door issue, Precision Garage Doors.

Jonathan came out analized the problem and told me I needed to replace the garage door opener and the price . He did an outstanding job and completed the job. He cleaned the job site like it was his own home. Well satisfied with job and would use them as needed down the road. Great job!!!!

I set my appt online, got a quick message back confirming the appt. Got a text with the tech's name (Preston Waddell in this case/ Great Guy!) his arrival time etc. Got another notification when he arrived. Really liked the communication. Really liked the tech also. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to check everything and worked with us on getting the repairs done that we needed. I would highly suggest asking for Preston if you need service for your garage door!

My garage door broke one day and I was not sure how safe it was for me to repair, as I know the counter-tension springs can be an issue. John came out and looked the door over, pointing out that it was in fact my counter-tension spring that had failed but also took the time to show me which parts were in good shape and which could use replacing. So we made a list and John had everything working again in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show and explain everything to me so I understood, and he helped me figure out the best product selections that fit my budget. 5 STARS! Thank you John!

Preston Waddell was our tech today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Because of the age and condition of our door, we wound up ordering a new door (From Precision, of course). Until the new door arrives, Preston got our old door up and running again to our satisfaction. And while only a temporary fix for now, our old door is again usable and serviceable until our new Precision door can be installed.

Your technician, Jack Hodges is a very personable young man and was very engaging. He was very professional and precise in recognizing the issue with repairing our garage door that we purchased six years ago. The springs had deteriorated and needed to be replaced - he provided an estimate and we approved it and he completed the work quickly and the garage door opener is working perfectly. I highly recommend Jack as he is awesome!

My garage opener was originally installed by Precision years ago, so, when a problem occurred with closing the garage door on July 4th, I called the 24 hr number. The person answering my call was pleasant and efficient. She scheduled a service call for the very next day. Preston, the technician, kept me informed of his arrival time, explained everything he did, and completed his work quickly. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

The motor for my garage door unexpectedly died right before I was about to go out of town. I called in the morning, and had a check to the house in the afternoon.
