My 3 year old opener was intermittently failing. Brad came out a week or so earlier and of course it was working fine. He did a reset and sprayed the rollers and everything worked for awhile. Then the failures started again. I called Monday around noon and was happy to hear there was an opening at 2 that day. Brad came out again and this time just swapped out the head and was finished in about 15 minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with them. I knew that the garage door was installed in 1997. When the belt broke, I thought it would be a simple repair in the $200-300 range. I was caught off guard when the service tech said that the belt wasn’t available. The service tech did a fairly good job of explaining what should be replaced. The total cost was $868 which really shocked me. The tech was very knowledgeable in doing the work and warmed up as we talked while he was working. I retired from 43 years of service in the Marine Corps 8 years ago and am currently 69. I saw on your website that you offer a Military and senior citizen discount but neither was used for my bill.

Your service technician was terrific! He arrived promptly, on a Saturday!, and put one of the wheels to the door back on track in about 5 minutes. He then obtained a replacement box for the outside of the garage to open it--this because it would not accept a new code. (My husband died earlier this year and I needed to change the code for security). The technician did this in about 5 minutes as well. Your company is terrific! You installed the original garage door opener several years ago and your number was very conveniently on the inside of the door. After having been through some disappointment working with other companies (for other issues), your company has restored my faith in GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! THANK YOU!!!
