Just had my opener replaced and the springs moving parts on my garage door replaced. My opener had failed (after 20 years of faithful service) so I knew that had to be replaced. I opted for the upgrade on my door mechanisms, figuring they would need replacing soon anyway. Troy was right on time, polite, and very efficient. Did this cost more than I would have preferred to spend? Well, yes, but doesn't anything of quality these days? Now I have a practically new garage door that opens whisper quiet.

We had a great experience with Precision Doors. Our house is older and needed special attention to make new replacement garage doors work. The Precision staff took the extra care to make them look good and operate perfectly. Oh, and they were always on time and did what they said they would do. Fantastic! A remarkably outstanding experience. Overhead belt drive unit failed suddneny mid-Saturday evening, we called them and talked to a really responsive and courteous phone operator. This is truly excellent 24-hour service. We were given a Sunday 12-2 pm slot, and the tech, Thomas, appeared even early! Unbelievable these days. He went to work on warranty repair and replaced the head unit, helped me reprogram the remotes, and we were all done in less than 24 hours from the previous day's failure. I have nothing but excellent all around. This company stands out among all the home service companies. My highest, highest recommendation. Buying the unit with the lifetime warranty was a smart move, and there was not a single quibble about anything. Love Precision Door!

Chris did a great job explaining what was wrong with our old door and helping me to understand why I needed a new door. He arrived on time and finished the job efficiently. He also is a great human being. I was trying to spray a wasp nest while he was here, and I screamed when the critters came flying at me. Chris was in the garage and didnt know what was happening and he was very concerned and asked if I was OK.

Lawrence was very knowledgeable about our garage door problems. we called because back in the summer of 2012 we had both our garage doors overhauled by Jeff Z. They were real noisy and slammed against the top. The work done in October by Lawrence is so quiet we can't even hear the door opening or shutting now. We used Precision because of the prompt service and coupon received in the mail.

Brian was on time, dressed in a clean, identifiable uniform, in a clean and easily identifiable truck, and acted with complete professionalism in his assessment of the needs of my 17 year old garage door and opener. He provided me with repair options and was not pushy when he suggested I consider replacing my opener at the same time. He told me how long it wound likely take to perform the repairs and how much it would cost. When he finished, it was precisely the duration he estimated, and the cost was exactly what he proposed. I could not have been happier with the technician, the service and the products he installed. My door is better than new!!
