We have a new build in West Nashville. Our motherboard from our previous builder (Horrman) completely went out. Precision was able to get a person out to assess it within 24hrs of calling and although they could not fix the problem, replaced my motherboard with a new system within 2 hours. Would recommend. 10/10 service and professionalism.

Excellent service from the beginning - Bianca was friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. Lyle showed up at our place towards the beginning of the appointment window. He was polite and gained my trust right away. I called on a holiday and had my appointment within 15 or so hours. Such a top rate company. My new garage door install was difficult because of how the builder installed it originally. These guys worked forever to get it right and it is perfect. Besides being so quiet you can barely hear it when it opens or closes, it is attractive as well. From the guy who sold us the door to the men who installed it, I was very pleased. Contacted Precision late Monday night and scheduled our appointment Tuesday morning with the assistance of two very professional and knowledgeable schedulers, Theresa and Becka. Both were very customer service oriented and respectful. Our technician called early this morning and gave me a window for arrival and confirmed our address. Lyle Rowan arrived as scheduled and introduced himself, confirmed I was the client he was looking for and then quickly assessed our situation. Lyle then explained three options for us to consider for the needed repairs. Lyle is most knowledgeable on his products and what needed to be accomplished. Mr. Rowan was respectful, fastidious in cleaning up the work area and most professional. Mr. Rowan is an asset to Precision.

Lyle did an excellent job of servicing our garage door opener. We purchased the unit 2 years ago and it started acting up this week. We were able to get a quick appointment scheduled, since the garage entrance is our main egress in and out of the home. It turns out that he had to replace the unit under warranty. We couldn't be more please with the work. Lyle was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We absolutely LOVE our garage door opener and would be lost without it, as our garage door is and older heavy wood door.
