Contacted Precision late Monday night and scheduled our appointment Tuesday morning with the assistance of two very professional and knowledgeable schedulers, Theresa and Becka. Both were very customer service oriented and respectful. Our technician called early this morning and gave me a window for arrival and confirmed our address. Lyle Rowan arrived as scheduled and introduced himself, confirmed I was the client he was looking for and then quickly assessed our situation. Lyle then explained three options for us to consider for the needed repairs. Lyle is most knowledgeable on his products and what needed to be accomplished. Mr. Rowan was respectful, fastidious in cleaning up the work area and most professional. Mr. Rowan is an asset to Precision.

Lyle did an excellent job of servicing our garage door opener. We purchased the unit 2 years ago and it started acting up this week. We were able to get a quick appointment scheduled, since the garage entrance is our main egress in and out of the home. It turns out that he had to replace the unit under warranty. We couldn't be more please with the work. Lyle was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We absolutely LOVE our garage door opener and would be lost without it, as our garage door is and older heavy wood door.

Discovered the broken spring on our garage door around 11;00 this morning. Googled and found Precision Garage Door service, called and by 3:00 the door spring was replaced. We also chose to have some other parts that were worn replaced. Now the door opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before. Such a top rate company. My new garage door install was difficult because of how the builder installed it originally. These guys worked forever to get it right and it is perfect. Besides being so quiet you can barely hear it when it opens or closes, it is attractive as well. From the guy who sold us the door to the men who installed it, I was very pleased. I am totally satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.
