Lyle did an excellent job of servicing our garage door opener. We purchased the unit 2 years ago and it started acting up this week. We were able to get a quick appointment scheduled, since the garage entrance is our main egress in and out of the home. It turns out that he had to replace the unit under warranty. We couldn't be more please with the work. Lyle was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We absolutely LOVE our garage door opener and would be lost without it, as our garage door is and older heavy wood door.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service due to reviews from other customers. Our garage door cabling had broken and the door would not open or close, which made it so we had no rear entry to our home. In addition, our garage opener was 38 years old! Brandon Christensen was our Service Technician. He was very efficient, assessed the situation, and gave us three options for the overhaul of our garage door and the replacement of our opener. We chose an option and he was able to do the work immediately, which was wonderful. The pricing was quite a bit more than we were planning to spend, but we had not planned on replacing the opener. We were SO glad that we replaced our 38 year old chain driven unit with a direct drive unit! It is extremely quiet and was able to be programmed to open via bluetooth with my car's electronics! Love this updated technology! We are now in the current century with our garage door opener and my husband and I agree that we should have done this years ago. We were very happy that we did not have to replace the door, because he was able to overhaul the door, replace the rollers, springs, and cabling on our wood door. It is essentially like having a new garage door and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done, as well as our wonderfully quiet opener. Makes me happy, every time I open the door that we don't have to listen to that horribly loud noise and hear the door wobbling back and forth. Thank you!

We were very impressed with the fast and excellent service given us. We had to have a new garage door as the one installed by the contractor when the house was built was not only cheap quality, it had installation errors. Precision installed a quality new door exactly when they said they would. We now have a reliably functioning garage door. We couldn't be more pleased. I called Precision on Friday afternoon when my spring broke and my garage door failed, leaving my car locked in. I was in a panic because I needed my car for the weekend. Precision promised to come Friday night and did so. The technician, Chris Norfleet, explained my options. I chose the complete overhaul because my door had never been serviced or repaired. He stayed later than he intended because he met further unexpected problems, but completed the work for the named price. I think I got a bargain. I give Precision an A+ for their service and another A+ for their product. This is a professional and first-class operation.

These guys are awesome! They really stand behind their work. We had some springs replaced on our garage door and it works so much better than it ever did. I admit it was a little more expensive than I thought- but we had two very minor issues With other things that were completely covered. They really stand behind their work and it is very high quality. I Highly recommend these guys! Totally awesome.
