I appreciated being informed through text, a picture and brief description of the technician that was to perform my service. The cost of my service was quite reasonable as well. Allow me to start by saying Josh Myatt is an excellent service technician. He started by showing me the different products the company offered and explained the difference each one had to offer. I decided and it was installed the same day along with a complete overhaul of my door. Excellent service, on time and willing to answer all my questions.

The Tech replaced our old, broken garage door opener system with a new one, converting it to a torsion system in the process. It ended up being challenging work as he had to make a number of adjustments, but he was friendly and courteous throughout. My one small complaint is that he put in a new opener without checking to see where our attic door was first! We had to cut off some of the attic door wood to be able to open it. But, we have a small garage, and it's a minor complaint. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this company.

Amazing service. Asked for a quote at 9:30 and had the service competed by 10:30. Knowledgeable and friendly and the price was better than I had expected. The technician pointed out a few things that we may want to do in the future but wasn't pushy on trying to up-sale. I will be recommending and using Precision in the future.

I give 5 stars to Brandon for the recent repairs he did on my garage door. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. He performed a safety inspection of the door and checked all moving parts. All rollers and weather stripping on the bottom panel replaced. If I need future work done I will ask for Brandon . Very satisfied customer!!

I was very pleased with Jeremy He was very knowledgeable and showed me what the problem was with my 30 yr old opener. He installed new one and new hardware. I definitely will refer friends to Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating for sure

I have heard your door company is top drawer. Your salesman come out to my mom's home 9/12/2018 to see what is needed to replace her door. He asked for a third down and left me with the impression we would hear from him the first part of the next week. It will be two weeks in two days and we have heard nothing. What is going on ?
