I was very pleased with the service providing. Todd was very informative and professional. The door works better now then it ever has. I originally called to get the door repaired however I additionally bought and had installed a new opener.

The technician that came out, Todd Noel, was very friendly and professional. He fixed my problem quickly and did not overcharge me for something that I did not need. He also made some great recommendations for future work. Because of his level of service and my customer experience, I highly recommend Precision and will use them again in the future.

I had precision door service fix a broken spring on my garage door. They were here within an hour after I made a phone call to them. The repair man was very courteous. I do think their pricing is high. Now that I know how to replace the spring I will not call them next time.

Jared appeared, as promised, removed the old opener and installed the new belt driven unit. He was efficient, professional and did the job quickly. We were really (and pleasantly) surprised how quiet the new unit is. We anticipate many years of good service.

Outstanding service and pricing! I let my "fingers do the walking" and also Googled and came across Precision's ad. After reading information and reviews on website I decided to give them a try for a broken garage door spring for my 2-car garage. Precision was able to get a technician (Rick) out the same day (at no additional charge) just before the holidays. Rick was able to assess the repairs, give repair options and provided accurate pricing estimates. Rick completed the repairs within an hour and left no evidence that he had ever been there.
