My garage door was not opening or closing properly. I heard an add on the radio about precision door and called. I got an appointment the next day. The guy came out for the appointment time on time and he even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The tech looked at the door, explained what was wrong and explained he could fix it. I okayed the repairs and the charges. The door is fixed and makes it much easier to come in and out of the garage. I'm one happy customer.

The service and availability were great: 4.5 stars. You pricing was misleading. The estimated cost I got from your dispatcher and what I was actually charged were tremendously different. Next time I will definitely shop around or contemplate another avenue. Thanks
