We had an awesome experience. The spring broke on our garage door and we were able to get same day service to fix it. Robert was amazing, handled our kids well, and answered all of our questions. No intense sales pitch, no gimmicks. Our door was fixed at a fair price. Definitely use them again.

Brandon was awesome. On time, friendly, courteous, called to let me know he was on his way. This turned out to be a simple reset / fix of my exterior keypad - no charge. He explained how it worked and what caused the error. Anyone that asks me about a garage door, I tell them to call Precision.

On 10/26 I had an issue with my garage door that wouldn't open and close properly. Even though it was a Saturday Precision sent someone out in a very timely manner. The Tech who came was Christopher Jensen. He not only fixed the original issue but also answered some other questions I had relating to my garage doors and as a result he corrected some other issues relating to the doors. If you have a Tech Of The Month Reward it should go to the gentleman. Explained things thoroughly. I have used Precision in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone.
