Thomas came and reprogrammed our door which apparently had a surge during a storm recently. It too him no time to have it working again! I appreciated his friendly service and patience in answering my questions. We installed Precision garage doors a couple of years ago. I highly recommend them to anyone needing new garage doors. Our old doors were so noisy we couldn't stand it. Our new doors (even 2 years out from installation) are so quiet! People have commented on how quiet they are when in our garage.

We have actually had Precision Garage Door service our garage door in the last few months for totally separate situations. Our garage door began acting up sporadically. We read the reviews of Precision and thought they were our best bet. The technician Stephen came out and after I described what the door was doing he was able to narrow down the problem. Within minutes he had isolated the problem and fixed it. The next time we had a problem with the door in an unrelated matter we immediately called Precision who once again fixed the door promptly.

BE AWARE - I needed 2 new springs - price was $156.0 EACH - i can buy a spring on-line for $34.0. Technician stated he was required to use his bracket, 4x4, nothing special, $61.00 EACH, technician stated i needed new cables - door was working before he arrived, $109.0 per set - I can buy them on line for under $7.00. Technician stated he could "make a call" to get the price lower - why does he have to call anybody for this - why are the prices not lower and fair to begine with - i am not negotiating to buy a car - just to fix two garage doors. Be prepared to PAY for their service.

we had just moved in to our new home, and there was an issue with the garage doors not working properly... so I wrote down the number on the side of the door opener motor, and I was unable to use as it was not a good working number, so I went to the internet to see any repair companies in our area... Precision came up and I checked their reviews, and called them... They came out promptly, the repairman was very professional, he found the problem, fixed it, and made recommendations for future maintenance on the two doors...
