Had a garage door that was not closing correctly. Sticking, catching. Jason looked at it for approximately 4 to 5 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. Knows what he’s doing. Good service, same day. Had a new motor and spring installed 4 years ago and had excellent service at that time, too.

Precision did the original installation and we broke a spring, which is not unusual after 8 yrs. On a door that is heavily used. Lyle, the technician suggested an upgrade to double springs since we use that door as the main house entrance. We agreed and he was very professional in his explanation and installation. I recommend this company highly. They have a great product and great people to work with.

Really appreciated the thorough inspection. I received a text and a call when the technician was on his way. I also received the name, picture and information on my technician prior to his coming. We need a repair on one of our garage door springs and approximately two years ago Precision repaired the other door so we knew what we were going to get. Our existing spring set up was 20+ years old and that set up is no longer the norm, so Brandon walked us through all of our options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns and never pressured us to make a decision. He replaced our set up with a new lifetime warranty set up which we determined was the best option for us. Thank you Brandon for taking the time to listen to us and provide us with the best solution.

William inspected and serviced our Precision Garage Door opener. This was a check-up visit - I wasn't experiencing any problems with the opener. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice! I also scheduled him to service my son's Garage Door Opener later this week. When it's time to replace your garage door opener, I highly recommend installing a Precision Garage Door Opener. It runs smoothly and is EXTREMELY QUIET. I'd forgotten how quiet it was until I was at my son's new home, which has a Genie brand Garage Door Opener. It's really loud, in comparison.

I am a repeat customer. Called company at 10 p.m. when problem discovered and received immediate email response. They followed up with a phone call at 7:30 the next morning to set up same day appointment. The technician (Robert) arrived earlier than expected, identified problem, game the options for repair and completed repair in timely manner. Very professional - hope I do not have more door problems but would not hesitate to use company again.

Precision was extremely prompt in scheduling the repair needed for the next day (Sunday).
