Really impressed with the scheduling process. Great professional service provided during my phone call with Precision. Really appreciated the confirmation of the appointment by text and e-mail. The technician, Will Etheridge, was impressive. Polite, courteous, respectful and competent!! I was more than happy to replace a 20 year old motor because I now have a garage door functioning as brand new.

Total bait and switch! I spent 30 minutes talking with someone from the company who quoted me $138-179 to replace a torsion spring. The tech showed up with 15 minutes left in the 2 hour appt window, without ever calling (as was stated on the confirmation email). Then I was given a price of $700 to replace the spring!

I am always pleased with the work done by Precision Garage Doors. I had them replace the old creaky skwawky opener system as soon as I bought my house five years ago. This morning, they came out to make an adjustment caused from our electricity being off this week due to storm.

By now I have had estimates from 2 companies. Mr. Jeremy Wessels, Sales Technition from Precision presented a very professional approach to my requirements for a new garage door. With my technical background I asked numerous tech questions which were answered completely. After considerable time I compared my two quotes and the Precision quote was superb by far. I am waiting for the installation at this time.
