I had a coupon for Percision but that’s not why I chose this company. They were friendly, gave me quick service, technician was on time and very knowledgeable. After Thomas Hoffman explained to me the problems of my garage door, I was given three choices for repair. I always like options! There was no pressure. The service was quick, fair and thorough.

Bought my new door a few years ago and have needed service a few times since. Please keep in mind the service was unrelated to the quality of the door which is super. Always great service, reasonable charges, and good people. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Brandon. He explained all of the options from repair to replacement. Showed me the broken part and explained how it was causing the problem. Showed up on time, and even called 20 minutes prior to arrival time. Would recommend Precision.

Mike did a great job! He called 30 minutes out and showed up a few minutes early (which I like), confirmed the needed repairs, gave me 3 options, and got it fixed in less time than expected. I appreciated his professional approach and detailed explaination of what was required to fix the problem.

This place is a racket. They do good work, that's not the problem. But they quote you one thing on the phone so they can slyly get a tech out there and then they quote you something entirely different once he's there. Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Lee company do the exact same thing. It's just a shady way of doing business. I won't be calling these guys ever again.

So very sorry for any misunderstandings. Unfortunately, we do not give firm quotes over the phone. Customer service representatives only have a range of pricing for parts. Due to the many aspects of garage door repairs, it is very difficult to give a price without assessing the situation first hand. If you decide to give us another chance, we will do our best to exceed your expectations. Once again, we are very sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. We truly do our best to service our customer needs and to be fair.

My credit card transaction was declined in Nashville because you run your transactions through Pittsburgh. You need to work on that inconvenience to the customer.
