Every time Precision has come to our home, the men have been very knowledgeable and courteous. Each provided us with excellent service. The last person to come was James McKinney and we put in a new garage door opener--It is wonderful--so quiet and operates smoothly.

I looked you up on the internet yellow pages and to be honest, you were not the first company I called. You were the only company that I was able to speak with a live person though and for that reason and the coupon, the company I selected. I think Ricky was the technician that performed the service on my doors (please check to be sure because I want him to get the credit for a job well done.) He was incredibly professional, well trained, and polite. He told me exactly what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix the issue without pressuring me to fix or replace things I didnâ??t necessarily need. When my garage door broke, i wanted immediate service. Your ad mentioned service in 24 hrs available. Sean was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions, and arrived on time. He even took time to teach me how to manually operate the door. I'm pleased with the service and product. I rated the experience 4 stars, instead of 5, only because you don't have a payment plan option. The unexpected $700 bill was a shock to my budget.... then i remembered God will provide!

I was very impressed with the timeliness of the service call - James actually was able to come before the scheduled time and called in advance to confirm this would work for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that was wrong with the door and what needed to be done to make the repairs. He also explained options for long-term maintenance. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call again for other problems.
