Precision was available the day after Thanksgiving, when most other places were not. Lawrence came out and got the broken garage door in place until he could return with the new garage door. Lawrence was friendly, polite and very professional. I highly recommend Precision...especially if you have the pleasure to work with Lawrence!

My garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. Precision was actually about the only Customer service that had a live body. The customer service personnel were professional and helpful including interested in helping me fix my issue immediately. I asked if they could fix on Sunday and they made it happen. The technician called prior to arriving for the appointment to confirm. He was professional, well organized and I was pleased with the efficiency that the job was completed.

We appreciated the quick response, and phone contact, so we knew exactly when to expect Brian, our service man. He arrived precisely on time. He fully explained what was broken, and the solution, a new spring. The work was performed in a timely manner, with no "hidden' costs. In addition, Brian inspected both doors completely, and advised us as what to expect in the next year. There was NO pressure to perform any further service. We are pleased with our experience, and would not only use Precision again, but will most heartily recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Guys were quick to respond; good availability to come late in the day or Sat. Jeff (service tech) was thorough and straight-forward going through repair options, differences in warranty, etc. Didn't get any pressure to "upgrade". Made sure it all worked, made sure we understood maintenance needs, and was done it time frame he promised. Not sure what else I could ask for or what I'd change - it was a good service call experience and they did a good job getting things working.

He was quick and professional. He recommended installing springs and other parts in both doors to make them quiet and for the doors to stay up if the string is pulled. If I can get a better deal than what he suggested on getting everything completely overhauled on both doors I would probably do it. Also one of my remotes needs a battery if you have one when he comes back. Thanks

I received a coupon in the mail and called Precision to come in and repair my garage door openers. They are approximately 30 years old and I really thought would have to be replaced. Cole was my technician and really went the extra mile to make the repairs without having to replace. I highly recommend Precision.

Incurred a broken spring one night, called Precision the next morning, and had new springs in place by 4pm that day. Very professional, explained my options and allowed me to choose the level of service I needed. It was my 2nd spring in 3 years (from someone else) so the lifetime warranty on all parts is nice. I would recommend Precision and will keep them on file.

I called and was able to get a service man out that afternoon. The service man, Rick, was friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door problem was diagnosed and quickly repaired that afternoon. Great service. I will definitely use this service company again.

I was very impressed with the timeliness of the service call - James actually was able to come before the scheduled time and called in advance to confirm this would work for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that was wrong with the door and what needed to be done to make the repairs. He also explained options for long-term maintenance. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call again for other problems.

I looked you up on the internet yellow pages and to be honest, you were not the first company I called. You were the only company that I was able to speak with a live person though and for that reason and the coupon, the company I selected. I think Ricky was the technician that performed the service on my doors (please check to be sure because I want him to get the credit for a job well done.) He was incredibly professional, well trained, and polite. He told me exactly what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix the issue without pressuring me to fix or replace things I didnâ??t necessarily need. Service was provided same day as called. Service tchnician was knowledgable and friendly and completed all repairs and installation of new springs and support bars quickly and efficiently. Any additional damage to existing door seems to have been prevented and opening / closing is considerably improved.
