first time I used Precision, the spring had sprung and there was no escape! They were there quickly, got our cars out and then proceeded to fix us up. The second time was a few years later and a nail had interfered with the cabling. Again, the guy that came out was professional, gave me options and then fixed us up in a very timely manner. I called Precision in the evening, and they were able to come out the very next morning to service my garage door. Lawrence did an excellent job of fixing my non-functioning garage eyes and installing new rollers to make the door close smoothly. He also replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the door as the old strip was cracked and letting water into the garage when it rained. Thanks again!

I called for my garage door opener to be checked and fixed. The technician arrived early (called first to check if ok and able to be there)the next morning (could've had an appointment that evening of call if I was willing and able). Lawrence, the technician was able to solve the problem quickly and explained to me the reasoning for the door not working. A tad more expensive than expected but Merrick arranged to arrive much earlier than scheduled and completed broken spring repair quickly on a Sunday morning. To my wife's delight, since garage door now opened, I was now able to access our lawn mower. I'd love to vote Merrick down for showing up earlier than expected but that wouldn't be right. Lawn looks good though. Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again.

Jeff came and was totally professional in his accessment of our situation. Service was provided same day as called. Service tchnician was knowledgable and friendly and completed all repairs and installation of new springs and support bars quickly and efficiently. Any additional damage to existing door seems to have been prevented and opening / closing is considerably improved.

Precision was available the day after Thanksgiving, when most other places were not. Lawrence came out and got the broken garage door in place until he could return with the new garage door. My garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. Precision was actually about the only Customer service that had a live body. The customer service personnel were professional and helpful including interested in helping me fix my issue immediately. I asked if they could fix on Sunday and they made it happen. The technician called prior to arriving for the appointment to confirm. He was professional, well organized and I was pleased with the efficiency that the job was completed.

Guys were quick to respond; good availability to come late in the day or Sat. Jeff (service tech) was thorough and straight-forward going through repair options, differences in warranty, etc. Didn't get any pressure to "upgrade". Made sure it all worked, made sure we understood maintenance needs, and was done it time frame he promised. Not sure what else I could ask for or what I'd change - it was a good service call experience and they did a good job getting things working.

He was quick and professional. He recommended installing springs and other parts in both doors to make them quiet and for the doors to stay up if the string is pulled. If I can get a better deal than what he suggested on getting everything completely overhauled on both doors I would probably do it. Also one of my remotes needs a battery if you have one when he comes back. Thanks

I received a coupon in the mail and called Precision to come in and repair my garage door openers. They are approximately 30 years old and I really thought would have to be replaced.
