We had a very old garage door. When it broke, Precision Door Service was very quick to come out and look it over. Lawrence was very easy to work with and explained everything very clearly. When the door came in, Aaron did a great job with installation. I was very pleased with their work and would be happy to work with them again.

I found out about Precision Door Service from the Val Pak coupon mailing. I called and got an appointment quickly. Shane Follis completed the repair right then and the bill was less than the estimate. Who wouldn't be happy with that? Now our garage door operates so much quieter and goes up all the way instead of hanging down 8 inches. Lifetime warranty on all the parts equates to a no brainer for anyone to schedule their garage door repairs with Precision Door Service. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but I am one happy customer!

Brandon was our tech today & he did a great job. Immediately diagnosed the problem with our non functioning door & made upgrades & repairs to both doors. After the upgrades, one door had track issues & it took a bit of creativity to figure out how to get it run smoothly. Very pleased with the work.

The repairmen were professional- Paid 580 dollars- had to come back out- and had to pay additional 80 dollars-We are retired and the charge seemed a little steep- didnt know how much a new one would cost? Needed to have checked into that- It squeaks but is working

Very professional service. Also an expensive service. However, you get what you pay. And they told me it came with a lifetime warranty. So if you want to get the job done right, the first time, these guys seem equipped to do just that. I had a circuit board replaced and a broken spring replaced. However, I would highly recommend talking with the person on the phone before the technician comes out and go over all price range options for your particular service or repair. Based on some of the reviews, I thought that I had done that, but I still had sticker shock on the total price, it was about $100 over the top range the guy gave me on the phone. They will also present an "overhaul" option for a few hundred bucks more. This will include replacing the spring, roles, cable, etc. and comes with a lifetime warranty. Just be aware that they will present this option. I decided to go with that option and I have no regrets. An expensive repair, but the door and opener are working better than new. Also be aware there is a $65 charge just to come out. I also tried to use the 15% off coupon on this web site, but the tech just told me... oh I will just not charge you the $65 trip charge so its a wash.... not exactly. So I was not able to use that coupon. So, bottom-line - know what your costs will be before they come out and know what you are looking for - just the repair or to overhaul your door. Even with these items, I still recommend this company to do the repair on your door. They showed up on time and ready to get the job done, finished in a very reasonable amount of time, and the door is working great. They only thing to change in the customer approach is to be more transparent when talking with the customer so they can better understand what their costs might run into. If I have trouble with the other door... I will still call Precision Door Service.

My garage door springs and openers were over 25 years old. The openers worked, and the doors would open with remote openers. However, I wanted to upgrade to the current engineering and technology. First, I scheduled an evaluation. I received an excellent analysis with an estimate for the job. Chris made the evaluation; one week later, he completed the job. Your Technician, Stephen Barrett, did a fantastic job under extremely cold conditions. (January 7th-The high was about 9 Degrees) I was prepared to replace the entire Door and Opener, but he was able to perform a Double Door Overhaul for much less money. He replaced Overhead Springs, Torsion Springs, Bearings, Rollers, Cables, and Vertical Tracks. The Door was not installed properly by one of your Competitors, who is no longer in Business and their Lifetime Warranty is obviously worthless. Stephen identified the issues and corrected every error. I have already recommended your Company to several of my Co-workers. To say I am Completely Satisfied is an Understatement.

I had a broken cable on one of my doors that Precision had previously converted from a side spring operation. The cable broke, and you sent a technician out on Sunday to repair the door. He replaced the cable and told me that there was no charge, since the cable was covered under the warranty. We have converted all of the doors and could not be happier with the service. A great product with great technicians.

The technician was nice and the response was quick, but I was floored by the price being 4x what I paid for a new opener... just to get it back in working order. I know these aren't apples to apples but it was still a major shock. I needed it fixed so I had to pay. If the technician wasn't as nice the score would have been much lower.

For the past five to six years, our garage door has made an awful noise when it was opened and closed. We had two different companies come out; but after each time, we were left with the same old loud grinding clank. Then, I called Precision Doors. We had received a coupon from them in the mail. The service was very prompt. The technician told us there was nothing he could do to stop the noise, the old rollers were what they were. He could replace the rollers, which he did, and re-align the door, which he did, and wow! what a difference. A great experience and definitely "5 Stars"! Thank you so much.

I do not remember my technician's name but he was a very polite young man. Both of my garage doors were having issues. He gave me good data on replacing them vs. repairing them. I decided to see if he could fix them and he did. I bought a new remote and a exterior keypad. Everything is working great. I will be coming back to you guys when I need new openers or if i decide to upgrade the look of the doors.
