I was very impressed with the professionalism of both the technician and the appointment scheduler. Our garage door broke on a Saturday evening, and a technician arrived at the scheduled time on Sunday morning. He was on time and well-prepared for the appointment.

The price was a little high but you pay for good quality,plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty. Brian was my technician who was very professional,knowledgeable,nice and explained what he was going to replace and what all he was going to do to both doors. I would use Precision Door again and I would ask for Brian again. I do like knowing and seeing a name and picture of my technician. I will refer Precision to my friends.

Shane was superb. He called with an offer to arrive early and was here within 30 minutes of that call. He explained the problem thoroughly and offered options without ANY sales pressure. The problem was solved within an hour. Shane also advised me of possible issues in the future because of the age of my unit. I have his card and will not hesitate to call Precision again.

We had problems with our garage doors not closing all the way and both doors seemed very loud during operation. Pete was able to come out and explain what was causing the problems with the doors and make very professional suggestions on what needed to be repaired to correct the problems. Pete was able to perform the necessary repairs and had all the needed parts on his service truck which allowed him to complete the repair in no time. I do feel that the price is a little more then what others may charge but now we have the peace of mind of a life-time guarantee. Would recommend Precision Door to anyone. Great job.

Pete did a great job, and he even arrived ahead of schedule, he was pleasant to deal with. I am also happy that you have weekend service, because I called 5 other Garage Door Companies and Precision was the only company that was open for business. The only complaint I have is that the price of replacing my metal rollers with Nylon rollers, they run around $4 a piece, but you charged $18 a piece to replace them, I thought that was a little expensive for the labor and rollers. When we purchased our home a year ago, we could tell the bottom panel of one of our doors had been hit. One year later, the crease in the door turned into a tear, and was affecting the door's performance. The honesty and sincerity of short term help, long term solution advice, and factual assessment of what needed to be done was very appreciated. The work was GREAT and we will use Precision again! I don't recall my technicians name only because the work was done over a month ago, and I don't remember, but the technician made ALL the difference.
