I called Precision due to their BBB accreditation. I am pleased with the results. Our installer was courteous and was quite willing answer any question we may have asked of him. He pointed out some things that needed attention. We requested he take care of those items while he was here. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

Excellent Service, timely and fixed the door better than before it broke. Made recommendation for weight of door to improve longevity but made it be our decision. Highly recommend and will use for all future repairs or replacements.

We had a garage door spring to break on a Friday afternoon. I called another company that I had used before and they said it would be Wednesday of next week for service. I then did the Web Search and found Precision Door and called them. They had a service person onsite that day before 6pm, replaced the broken spring and adjusted the door to close properly. I am very satisfied with the excellent response and service that Precision Door provided. I will use them again!!!

Been a long time listener to WLAC and felt any advertisers they would present were reliable. Precision came quickly to determine what was need to fix my garage door for my car and a commercial size for my travel trailer. The technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to fix my doors. I recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

Brian Printz showed up on time and was very polite and professional, He performed a complete door overhaul in less than an hour, during the door overhaul the rollers were replaced also, I will have to say II have never heard such a quiet door when lifting or closing. I am very happy. The price was a little more than expected but the way I look at it another spring will eventually brake and it will be covered under the lifetime warranty.

I was very impressed by the high level of knowledge and how thorough options were presented. I was provided with a quote for a complete set of doors and accessories, a replacement of existing doors. I can honestly say compared to others James (Precision) has my utmost confidence. I am going to have Jim return so we can go over the quote and I want my wife to choose the window patterns. Very impressed.
