Shane did a fantastic and quick job in replacing my daughter's garage door. This is the third time that I have used Precision Door, and I could not be any happier with their prices and workmanship and quickness getting the job at hand finished. I would very highly recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door problems. Thank you again Shane for the great job that you did on the garage door replacement. Tim Hoffman

My husband and I chose Precision because it was BBB rated and couldn't miss the nice ad in the phone book. I made an early morning call, after finding that I could not get out of my garage. At first, I was told it could be 7 PM before getting a tech to me. A few minutes later, a call came and a tech was in my area and would be at my door within an hour. A broken spring was replaced and I was able to get out of my garage by mid day, thanks to tech David.
We love when things work out so well! Thank you for the opportunity to help you! Let us know if we can ever be of further assistance.

CJ knows his business inside and out. He did not try to repair panels on a 14 year old garage door at my daughter's home. He said that it would be much cheaper in the long run if whole door was replaced, and I agreed with him. Door will be ordered and then installed. Will give a review when the new door is installed. Excellent company to do business with. This is the third time using Precision for 3 different problems. Tim Hoffman
We are so happy to hear about your continued excellent service with us!! Please let us know how the install goes. Truly appreciate your kind words!!

I didn't know who to call when my garage door spring broke ! So I Googled it ! Precision had over 100 reviews with a near perfect ??rating for my county !!! These people need to be teaching everyone else how it's supposed to be done ! The app confirmation came to my email, same day , with the guys picture and he calls and shows up in a company marked Truck and uniform !!! My wife was at home with 2 grand children and let him in and has not stopped talking about how great it was having a professional in and out in under 2 hours !! I mean it, these folks need to be training other companies !! I highly recommend them ????
We are blown away by your amazing review! Wow! Thank you for your kind words Mr. Raines! We certainly aim to beat the industry standard. Let us know if we can ever be of any further assistance in your garage door needs.

We were very pleased with the work done by Precision door. The door spring broke late Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon it had been fixed and works now better than ever. The new springs and pulley make the door go up and down more easily than ever. The repair man was really good and let me know what my options were. The price seemed kind of high, but after calling 2 other places, Precision had the best price also. 5 stars overall.
We truly appreciate your review and your business. We are so pleased to know you received such a great service from us and or technician.
