Brandon Christensen could not have been any more courteous and to the point with prices. He took less than an hour to replace 2 garage door springs, and he was early for the appointment. I would gladly recommend Precision to anyone, and I will use them for my own garage door if the need arises. Sincerely, Tim Hoffman

Overall everything was smooth from setting up the appointment to arriving on time and fixing everything as needed. Fixed the broken spring on our single door. Also advised on our other double garage door which we were having problems with and decided to fix that one as well based on the advise and problem had been having. Thanks.

It was BLISTERING HOT and terribly humid when your gentleman came to fix our garage door. He was a trooper and very patiently explained the whole procedure. I couldn't believe he could do the whole project by himself, but he did so! I will surely recommend Precision to anyone that needs garage door service in the future!

We had a garage door malfunction late Saturday night and after unsuccessfully attempting to fix it ourselves, we called Precision. They scheduled a window the next morning from 10 to 1 and the technician was here promptly at 1. He provided us three options and addressed the necessary repairs. It was courteous and professional and did a wonderful job. We would recommend your company to anyone needed repair or replacement of their garage Door.

We will not recommend your company to anyone. Your technician had the $9.49 part in his hand & informed my wife it would cost $498.00 to repair. I ordered the part on line & will have it installed.
Understood sir! It is always cheaper to do things yourself. We are a service company & we have liabilities. We did not recommend just replacing the piece that was broken. There is a reason that it was broken. We simply wanted to balance the weight of the door to be able to warranty the replacement part. Sorry for the disagreement.

I had broken springs. The entire experience was great. The technician was very friendly, almost like having my son working for me. He did an 'overhaul' of my door and got it working again in about an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help with their garage door.
