I choose Precision garage doors for the information and professional website that I read. I was so pleased that they were able to come out the very same day and repair the garage door. I appreciated the email confirmation and notice of who would come to my home for the repair. They were very professional and used quality replacement parts. The garage door works better now than it did when it was new. It now has the proper size springs and equipment necessary for it to work properly. Very happy with the work and professionalism they showed.

Incurred a broken spring one night, called Precision the next morning, and had new springs in place by 4pm that day. Very professional, explained my options and allowed me to choose the level of service I needed. It was my 2nd spring in 3 years (from someone else) so the lifetime warranty on all parts is nice. I would recommend Precision and will keep them on file.

great service and professional job we had a power failure during the install but your tech finished the job by flashlight. he couldn't test the door with the opener due to lack of power,but said when it was restored if there was any problems to call and he would come back. the door works fine and I am satisfied thanks

I called and was able to get a service man out that afternoon. The service man, Rick, was friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door problem was diagnosed and quickly repaired that afternoon. Great service. I will definitely use this service company again.

I was very impressed with the timeliness of the service call - James actually was able to come before the scheduled time and called in advance to confirm this would work for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that was wrong with the door and what needed to be done to make the repairs. He also explained options for long-term maintenance. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call again for other problems.

I looked you up on the internet yellow pages and to be honest, you were not the first company I called. You were the only company that I was able to speak with a live person though and for that reason and the coupon, the company I selected. I think Ricky was the technician that performed the service on my doors (please check to be sure because I want him to get the credit for a job well done.) He was incredibly professional, well trained, and polite. He told me exactly what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix the issue without pressuring me to fix or replace things I didnâ??t necessarily need.
