great service and professional job we had a power failure during the install but your tech finished the job by flashlight. he couldn't test the door with the opener due to lack of power,but said when it was restored if there was any problems to call and he would come back. the door works fine and I am satisfied thanks

I called and was able to get a service man out that afternoon. The service man, Rick, was friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door problem was diagnosed and quickly repaired that afternoon. Great service. I will definitely use this service company again.

All in all technician was on time professional and seamed to do the job he described. Door is quieter than it has been in years. door still shakes a bit but possibly just an older door?

I was very impressed with the timeliness of the service call - James actually was able to come before the scheduled time and called in advance to confirm this would work for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that was wrong with the door and what needed to be done to make the repairs. He also explained options for long-term maintenance. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call again for other problems.

You were the only company that I was able to speak with a live person though and for that reason and the coupon, the company I selected. I think Ricky was the technician that performed the service on my doors (please check to be sure because I want him to get the credit for a job well done.) Cory was my tech. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly and made the repairs. I also had him install new sealed bearing nylon rollers and these doors have never been as smooth and quiet as they are now, and I've owned the house since it was new. He even took time to teach me how to manually operate the door. I'm pleased with the service and product. I rated the experience 4 stars, instead of 5, only because you don't have a payment plan option. The unexpected $700 bill was a shock to my budget.... then i remembered God will provide!
