Cory was my tech. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly and made the repairs. I also had him install new sealed bearing nylon rollers and these doors have never been as smooth and quiet as they are now, and I've owned the house since it was new. Based on my experience with this company, I highly recommend them.

When my garage door broke, i wanted immediate service. Your ad mentioned service in 24 hrs available. Sean was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions, and arrived on time. He even took time to teach me how to manually operate the door. I'm pleased with the service and product. I rated the experience 4 stars, instead of 5, only because you don't have a payment plan option. The unexpected $700 bill was a shock to my budget.... then i remembered God will provide!

The technician was quite nice and knowledgeable and took care of the problem with my door. The only thing left unresolved was my request about how to program our garage door remotes into our cars. The technician made a call and was waiting for response, but I've heard nothing since, and still need to get this taken care of if someone could please follow up with me concerning the matter.
