I have used you all before and Jason Steele was the tech that was assigned to fix two of my three 20 something old doors and motors. To day Jason returned to feplace the motor on my third door. Jason S., the Garage Door Specialist arrived exactly when said he would. Immediately identified the problem I was having with our electric garage door, and within minutes had the problem fixed. Very impressive! He took multiple pictures of the door and its mechanisms, and identified potential future problems. Not only did he identify the problems, but demonstrated what they were for me. He also serviced the door while he was here. Before he left, I had a copy of the invoice and receipt, plus a copy of an estimate of what the problems he identified might cost, and all in my email inbox. Pretty cool! On time, fast, efficient, and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I am a repeat customer. Called company at 10 p.m. when problem discovered and received immediate email response. They followed up with a phone call at 7:30 the next morning to set up same day appointment. The technician (Robert) arrived earlier than expected, identified problem, game the options for repair and completed repair in timely manner. Very professional - hope I do not have more door problems but would not hesitate to use company again.

Hi, Jason Steele was our service tech, and as in the past, was tremendous to work with. We called as a result of a broker garage door opener, but the website was jumped and connected me to another company. I became uncomfortable and realized it wasn't the correct company because of how they treated me. I was then able to get ahold of you guys, canceled the other person who wasn't happy, and all is well. Jason was honest and fantastic as all of the folks at Precision Door Service has been. We are business owners as well and greatly appreciate seeing other business provide the level of customer service, care and price as you guys do. We plan to replace all 3 garage doors and will not use anyone else for that except Precision Doors. Roger

An accident pulling out of the garage resulted in a partially opened, steel double door which was unusable. After submitting an online inquire, I received a call back within 3 minutes, and had a service call scheduled immediately to take place within 4 hours. Jonathan, the tech, arrived on time, took a close look at damage and went over all my options for repair. He did a thorough job, worked quickly, and was able to install a new (long overdue) garage door opener which he had on his truck. Hat’s off to Premium Garage Doors - and special thanks to Jonathan - your responsiveness and customer care were exceptional. Door is working smoothly, quietly and Jonathan even helped program my auto remote door opener.

Brandon fixed our garage door today. It was a train wreck! It was crooked, the cables were broken and the rollers had jumped the track. He did an overhaul on it in about an hour and a half. It works smoothly and quietly now, just like a new one! We could not be happier. Highly recommend this company.

Precision performed a complete garage door system overhaul about 2 1/2 years ago. Today I had Technician Brandon Cummings conduct a maintenance check and adjust the operation of the door tracks in order to eliminate excess noise that had begun in the last two months. Service was excellent - quick and effective. The source of the noise was resolved, and there was no charge because the original work was covered by a lifetime warranty.

Found the reason for our issue (loose antenna plug) did an inspection of our door, hinges, travel bar etc. full service. Even gave a Senior discount.
