I called on Monday morning and they were able to get to get the technician here by 10. Josh the technician could not have been more professional and friendly. He showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it within minutes. I have used Precision at my previous house and they are always on top of their game!

I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Jason Skillern was on time and reinstalled door springs without any inconvenience. Jason is highly killed and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any inspection or repair. Springs were replaced free of charge as they carry a lifetime warranty. Exception company to do business with.

Today I had need of Precision to come out to the house and provide a tune-up on our garage door/wheels. I’ve had two service calls to Precision and both times they: 1. Were able to provide me service in less than 12 hours not like the others who were advertising 24 hours response but really will take up to 5 days 2. Precision did not have an Extreme price and were able to repair my garage door that was hit by my vehicle - a very Reasonable price and the Service Tech was well versed and Professional

Jonathan, our Tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The project he discovered would take more than the two hours allotted. Nonetheless, he picked up the second opener, came back, and worked until the job was completed, which included a little reprogramming of the key codes and remotes. Great technician, and great service.

We've used Precision Doors for several years. They've done a great job for us. Communication was excellent. Lyle, our service technician was terrific. Lyle was the technician that came to my house. Was early and that was fine. I needed a new garage door opener since the 25 year old Lift Master quit working. We discussed the different openers available and their respective features. I made my choice and he went right to work taking out the old opener and installing the new one. Very efficient, knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Completed this in roughly 2 hours and even programmed the Homelink in my car. Highly recommended. Left everything clean and just the way it was when he arrived

Easy to schedule the appointment. They sent me an email in advance with the technicians photo and name so I was aware of whom they were sending. The technician William E. Showed up at the appointed time well prepared to answer my questions and give me an accurate quote and timeline. He was up front with costs and gave me a good better best scenario with proper explanation of each. He wore a mask and kept his distance following covid protocol. Very easy to work with and listened to my needs. I have used Precision before at another house to repair a garage door opener and that's why I came back to use them again for my new house. I will continue to use them. They are a professional company with the know-how to do it. WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN.
