Great company! Inquired about a repair, had someone out that day to take a look at it. Jonathan was really informative about the system- in the end we ended up replacing both openers and balancing for what I thought was a reasonable price! Had the stuff for one to be fixed and came out the next day to finish the job!

Brandon called about 45 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know that he was on the way. He inspected the function and safety of the two garage doors. He recommended removing an LED lightbulb in one of the units because LEDs can "interfere" with the signal between the hand-held remote device and the unit. I had replaced the outside keypad a couple of months ago when it stopped working and changing batteries didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, after replacing the outside keypad, the hand-held remote unit no longer worked. Brandon was able to reprogram the hand-held unit. Additionally, Brandon programmed the built-in garage door remote in my vehicle, which was something that I had tried to do unsuccessfully. Prior to leaving, Brandon sent a report of his inspection, complete with a photo, to my email for my records.

Easy to schedule the appointment. They sent me an email in advance with the technicians photo and name so I was aware of whom they were sending. The technician William E. Showed up at the appointed time well prepared to answer my questions and give me an accurate quote and timeline. He was up front with costs and gave me a good better best scenario with proper explanation of each. He wore a mask and kept his distance following covid protocol. Very easy to work with and listened to my needs. I have used Precision before at another house to repair a garage door opener and that's why I came back to use them again for my new house. I will continue to use them. They are a professional company with the know-how to do it. WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN.

I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Jason Skillern was on time and reinstalled door springs without any inconvenience. Jason is highly killed and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any inspection or repair. Springs were replaced free of charge as they carry a lifetime warranty. Exception company to do business with.

I’ve had two service calls to Precision and both times they: 1. Were able to provide me service in less than 12 hours not like the others who were advertising 24 hours response but really will take up to 5 days 2. Precision did not have an Extreme price and were able to repair my garage door that was hit by my vehicle - a very Reasonable price and the Service Tech was well versed and Professional

Jonathan, our Tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The project he discovered would take more than the two hours allotted. Nonetheless, he picked up the second opener, came back, and worked until the job was completed, which included a little reprogramming of the key codes and remotes.
