I called Precision last year about a garage issue, the technician came out, had several suggestions and resolved the issue at hand at no charge. When the March tornado damaged house and garage, I didn't hesitate to call Precision. I received great service from the sales rep. Dillon and the technician Jarred. Jonathan, our Tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The project he discovered would take more than the two hours allotted. Nonetheless, he picked up the second opener, came back, and worked until the job was completed, which included a little reprogramming of the key codes and remotes. Great technician, and great service.

We've used Precision Doors for several years. They've done a great job for us. Communication was excellent. Lyle, our service technician was terrific. We had damage from the recent storms and Lyle was able to take care of our immediate needs quickly and professionally and expertly help us in ordering our new garage doors. Precision Door Service repaired my garage door the same day I called them. They replaced broken springs under warranty, and I had them install a new LiftMaster since my old one was 22 years old and had been problematic the past couple of years. I would highly recommend them.

Lyle was the technician that came to my house. Was early and that was fine. I needed a new garage door opener since the 25 year old Lift Master quit working. We discussed the different openers available and their respective features. I made my choice and he went right to work taking out the old opener and installing the new one. Very efficient, knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Completed this in roughly 2 hours and even programmed the Homelink in my car. Highly recommended. Left everything clean and just the way it was when he arrived

Problem not corrected. Door will still not close due to sunlight. No different than before. Feel charge should be adjusted.

This is my second time using Precision Door. The first time my door would not open and we were extremely please with the arrival time got here. They explained several options to me. I choose to get a new opening system rail with a key pad outside. We are very happy and please. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions. Yhe second time was when the remote outside quit working. We were greatful we got the same polite tech to come again. He fixed it and we are very pleased with service.

One of my springs broke. I called and a technician was at my home in less than 3 hours! New springs and other items done quickly, and professionally! Lyle was our tech and did a tremendous job! He explained what was needed and got to work. He cleaned everything up before he left! I also purchased a new exterior keypad. He installed and programmed it, as well! Both springs broke on my double door, and I had no idea who to call. I asked my smart phone for garage door repairs and they gave me one company listed in Lebanon. I called and set up an appointment with the tech and he said he would be there in an hour. After 4 hours I called and they got me to the tech and here is what he said after my 4 hour wait: "We can't do that, you will need to call someone else." I asked if he needed to reschedule, and he said, "No, call some other company." My temperature was high and I looked on my computer and Precision came up on the screen. I looked it over real good, checked the reviews and called them on Saturday morning. They said a tech could be out by noon. The tech called at 10:30 and said he could be here by 11am if that was alright. It was. John showed up at 11, we greeted each other, I felt good as soon as I met him. He looked over the door, sure enough both springs broke, cable off. He gave me 3 options: just fix the springs and cable; do that and change out the rollers which were clearly rusted and lots of play; and do that with a life-time warranty. No pressure, he was ready to do whatever I said. I told him the first option for now, and he went right to work. My wife and I discussed that our door was over 14 years old and has had no maintenance at all, and we decided to have the warranty. No problem. John was through and thorough in no time at all. The door sounded amazing, we had gotten so used to the noise, until it was not there any more - smooth and quiet and efficient. I am so thankful the other company blew me off, so that I came in contact with Precision. Great job. I will recommend them to everyone. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
