Needed to have a spring replaced on my garage door. Lyle, the technician was quick and cleaned up after the job. He made sure my garage door clicker worked. He did a good job and that I greatly appreciated.

John, the service tech, was able to show up 2 hours ahead of schedule which worked out great. He knew the problem and readily offered a fix to repair the contractor grade spring and roll bar to a heavier duty version. Repair was done in a short period time and I could not be happier with the end result. He was friendly and knowledgeable and cared about getting it done right. Very pleased with the work and warranty.

This is the second time we have used this company. A year ad a half ago our spring broke on our single garage door and this week the spring broke on the double door. Each time a very neat young man came with excellent communication skiills and knowledge of the repair required. They arrive right on time and fixed it on the spot in a very timely manner at a fairly reasonable price. I have always been a person that never wanted to have a repairman come without my husband home. Based on the quality of the two employees I have had the pleaser of dealing with, that fear is unwarranted for this company.

Troy Weiss was my technician. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem with my door remotes not working and quickly had the problem resolved. He then did a safety evaluation on my entire door and hardware which is at least 14 years old. He provided me with recommended maintenance suggestions on these items and also price quotes on the different levels to choose from in order that I will be able to decide which actions to take on my system. I was very well pleased with everything that took place in regards to my situation. I would most definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that has an issue with their garage door.

My door spring broke after only about 5 years or so, fortunately, I choose the lifetime warranty and repair/replacement cost were zero. The technicians were great and were very nice.

our problem was not actually with the door, but with some shifting of the garage. David pointed out what needed to be done, lubed the door rails and after I do some correction will be good as new. Very professional. Will for sure use Precision again if need arises.

Thomas done a great job! My appointment was at 10:00A.M. He called and asked if I would like to move appointment up an hour which worked out better for us. When he showed up he explained what was going on with our door and explained 3 different price and warranty options. Thomas was very couteous and worked very hard. He our door fixed in about an hour and a half.

I recently had springs replaced on my garage and some new nylon rollers installed from Precision. Thomas Hoffman came out and was really fast, easy to talk with, and did the most excellent job! The door is very quiet when opening and closing - amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision for any garage door needs. 5 stars all the way.
