Circumstances happened that forced me to deal with your technicians twice in less than one month on two different occasions for two separate and unrelated problems. Thank God we have such reliable and trustworthy service and knowledgeable staff that stand behind the service. This most recent time we called upon you was for an emergency situation late in the day. The emergency phone number to call that the previous technician had stuck to the garage door was a God sent help. The response was prompt and the designated technician, despite the late hour, showed up at our door in less than an hour. Courteous, calm and assuring, he was the perfect addition to the worrisome and distressing situation we were encountering. He showed knowledge and compassion and within less than one hour he was able to straighten out what seemed to me an impossible task to achieve due to the late hour and the condition of the garage door. To me, he was even better than an expensive plastic surgeon, as he went about his job with skill and knowledge and speed to remedy a situation, I thought might not be resolved before the next morning. I thank you and thank him especially for his kind and assuring demeanor that could only be shown by quality real professional. Thank you again as I could not be any happier with your service. It is a service of at least five stars if not more.

Very disappointed. The technician that came to look at door suggested approx 700.00 of work to the door unit to correct the problem, that only consisted of two new springs, cables and rollers. What was suggested had nothing to do with the problem the door was having. The tech diganosed the problem without checking anything, and was wrong in his diagnoses. I refused the work and paid for a tune up which consisted of him checking the tightness of the door bolts and applying grease to the screw drive. Made no difference to the problem. I inspected the door and found the problem which was a 9.80 part at Home Depot. Put that part on and door works beautifully. I feel the tech was just wanting to up sell me and make as much money as possible without regard to customer service. Would not suggest or recommend this company to anyone and will not have them ever do any work for me.

I had a garage hardware replacement and a new door installed. Technicians were very friendly and certainly knew their products. Arron did a super job. He called to tell me he was on his way and was there within the hour. Told me how long he expected it to take to remove old door and re install/program new door. I think he missed his guess by 5 min. I'd recommend precision doors.

I appreciated the emails that included photographs of the technicians who you may have visit your home. Merrick and Jared were great to work with. Aaron came out and installed new springs, cables, pulleys, roller and nylon bushings. He also fixed our doors from scraping the opener bar. Precision came out the same day and earlier than stated in the appointment. Merrick was professional with his recommendations and advise to upgrade the garage door spring. Though I spent more money than anticipated it was worth the peace of mind knowing when Merrick left that the repairs/upgrade was like having a life insurance policy. Thanks Precision!
