I was very pleased with the quick, same day service. Door would not close on cold days (outdoor temps below 40 degrees). New rollers and bearings have seemed to correct the problem. Service Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing for new weather stripping and installation seemed a little high.

Our home is now 12 years old and it is known that builders do not always install top of the line products - mechanical items seem to need replacement sooner that 10 years - so it is remarkable that the components of our garage door went the 12 years. The spring installed when the house was built was not a match for the motor, and it was time for some repairs - which Precision did expertly and within short notice. The two springs now match the motor and the gears so I am expecting trouble free performance for a long time to come.

I chose Precision because their advertising made it clear that garage doors are their specialty. I also like the fact that I was emailed a photo of the individual that would be coming to my house along with their bio. Shane and Sean worked with me until I was comfortable with the process. They were very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. They performed a complete garage door overhaul on each of my existing wood doors and installed garage door openers for me. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their skill.

Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was finished in about three hours and had to replace several different parts including rollers and a new spring. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Once the appointment was set it took less than 18 hours for them to fix our garage door.

I appreciated the email confirmation and notice of who would come to my home for the repair. They were very professional and used quality replacement parts. The garage door works better now than it did when it was new. It now has the proper size springs and equipment necessary for it to work properly.
