My garage door stop working Sunday about 5 pm. I looked in the phone book and called Precision thinking to schedule an appointment for the following day, but they were able to come out and repair the door that same night. Thanks Stephen.

I would give them no stars if possible. I needed the cable put back on our garage door to get it back in working order. I called Precision because of their ability to come same day and reviews online. When the tech came out, he told me that I needed over $600 in updates/repairs, and at minimum to get door working again it would be $469. I didn't get work done. Called another garage door company who came out within an hour and total repair and checking of other 2 doors for any needed repair was $124.00!!! Door works excellently, funny how it didn't really need almost $500 in work to get the door working. Won't ever be calling Precision again. Recommend you don't eithet unless you've just got money to throw away.

They do a good job of responding to your call that day. I called with an issue and they sent someone out that evening at 6:30. however, I had sticker shock on the price. they wanted $730 to fix the spring on the door and I called another company and got it done for $290. Be sure to compare pricing before you have them do the job.

Technician was knowledgeable, pleasant, and added an additional piece of reinforcement to the door when installing a new opener. Opener works well and happy with the experience.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the installation of two new Precision garage door openers and the repairs that was done on the doors at the same time. Brian was very professional, courteous and he went above and beyond our expectations to insure that we were completely satisfied with the installation and repair work. There was no high pressure to upgrade to the new openers; however he did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of installing new openers. We had problems with our garage door closing half way and retracting again. Jared Ange with his problem-solving attitude figured out that it was not the opener, but instead our old and loose hinges, which caused friction against the frame. After replacing them with better quality hinges he eliminated the friction and solved the issues. Jared is professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He fixed the problems without any upsaling pressure, and the fees were reasonable.

Garage door died on a holiday weekend ( Saturday, July 5). door was so heavy could not be opened manually (at least by us), and both vehicles were stranded in the garage, leaving us prisoners in our own home! Picked Precision off the internet since advertised 7/24 and holiday service (same-day!). App't. set for afternoon. Brandon, the tech, arrived early, quickly assessed the problem and offered options for repair. We chose an option, Brandon went to work (had all needed parts on truck) and door was repaired in 90 minutes. Repair was not inexpensive but,considering the situation, we were very pleased to get the repair done, We would use Precision again for any future garage door needs.

Our technician Aaron was great and really worked hard to diagnose and solve our issue. It was difficult because the garage was working fine most of the time he was on site. However, he made some adjustments/fixes and we have not had an issue since his visit.

Merrick from precision garage doors was above and beyond the definition of true customer service. It was pouring rain the entire day he installed our garage doors, but he diligently worked to get the job done. He was soaking wet, but always kept a positive attitude. He informed my wife and I throughout the purchasing and installation process and helped us make the best choice selection for our home. A handle was missing from our install kit and Merrick quickly pointed out the issue and had another one on order that day. He also waited for my wife to arrive to help her program the garage doors with her car remote. We are very very please with the service we have received so far from your company. Mr. Shane Hawk reviewed our garage door support systems: broken spring, bad spring shaft, leaking rollers, bent chain transport, and Genie garage door opener with broken supports. All parts were about twenty years old. Based upon Mr. Hawk's assessment (plus my own experience with the failing system) I decided to replace all support parts. Mr. Hawk explained what he was going to do, did it, was very efficient, and was finished in just a few hours. The Precision system is soooooo... quiet, and we look forward to many years of trouble free service. A very good repair experience with Precision.

This visit was follow-up repair (under warranty) for work that Precision did about 1.5 years ago. Very prompt service! Great, informative interaction with the technician Lawrence. my wife uses you at metro animal control and was familiar with your service. When the repairman came she recoganized him. He did a great job and even suggested new rollars which were too expensive for us at the time, 170$ each door. We would have done it $170 to $200. Over all excellant will use you again.
