Had Precision Door install new opener, springs, and rails in 2012 and never regretted it. In March 2016 had an intermittent problem with opening and closing door. Called Friday evening and had appt. on Saturday. Brandon checked over door and found the work in 2012 was not up to his standards. Contacted his boss and just about completely reaccomplished the work, to include new parts, at no cost.

Our garage door bolts came off the wall. The repairman fastened the bolts into the wall and now the garage door works fine. He was timely, polite, and very efficient. We really appreciated the fast service. My husband is very hard of hearing and the repairman called when he was on route giving him plenty of notice to meet him outside the complex. The estimates have been forwarded to our landlord. Thank you once again.

Due to the age of my system and the type of damage cause by my old faulty spring, I had to get new rollers and springs as well as a new opener. Our garage door, installed by Precision before we bought the house, wouldn't open. It turned out some bolts had come loose, nothing more. The serviceman showed up on time, was very pleasant and fixed the door - NO CHARGE. You now have a lifelong customer.

Would not recommend. They wanted to replace my spring with a new install of an extra springs. They refused to only replace my spring as it has worked for 10 years. I called someone else and just lost a half day, thus not a big deal. That is until I started discussing my door repair at work and found out Precision did the same thing to them. They are fast and professional, however does seem like they like to put in extra springs.

Precision Door exceeded my expectations! One of the most recent winter storms left me outside the garage door and skating on ice to my unprotected back door. I grabbed my iPad and looked up overhead door and saw Precision Door. I used their website and saw that they would come out within 24 hours. It was around 8 30pm. At 11 30 am the following morning, the capable and professional technician had replaced the dead wall mount control and installed new rollers on the door. It works beautifully. I also bought 2 additional controls. Thank you for your prompt services.

I give the service 1 star. I was quote a charge of $69.00 and if repair was made there would be additional charges. My son backed into the garage door while in motion and the right side last roller was knocked off track. The technician explained my door need replacing; that had cracks near the hinges and the screws were loosen. I asked the technician would he put the door back on track. He did. He explain to me different prices for a new door. For him to put the door on track where I could raise it manually cost me $149.00. Talking with the receptionist of what happen to my garage door, was my understanding it would cost $69.00.

The technician was very knowledgeable about the type of doors and openers I had and offered alternatives for the repair. The price was competitive and reasonable. I will uae them again.
