The tech, Kyle, arrived on time, called ahead (and an email/text were sent as well), was kind, worked efficiently, and also helped me choose the best option for repair. He answered questions I had about upgrading our doors, too, and left me with pamphlets to help aid our decision. Great work and customer service.

I had previously used Precision on another home that we owned and had a great experience then so naturally I called Precision for this repair. Jonathan was on time, professional and explained my options. He did a great job of servicing the two doors and also replacing the old openers with new, quieter doors. Until recently we have found our service exemplary. We would call and get an immediate response and service. My wife called on multiple occasions to speak with a technician about reprogramming a keypad on our garage but no one would call her back. Once we gave up and scheduled a full service call we got immediate attention. And a bill for for $65.00 for a 5 minute service visit. I find this to be an ownership issue and all of the technicians we have had have been excellent.

My daughter used your company on a Sunday , well then ours broke a few weeks later. You came out on Sunday and fixed the door , great service. Then we decided to replace our doors and we knew no other company would work for us. The guys replaced our old doors with new ones in record time! Showed us how to program them To our cars and how to use the pad outside . Great guys, efficient, polite, and left nothing behind. Thank you!

Definitely a 5 star rating. Jason was the technician who came to replace our outside key pad and service the doors. He was very professional, courteous and performed the service in a timely manner. He made sure that he practiced "social distancing" and answered all of my questions. He also left me can of spray for the hinges, as the last one I purchased had a defective sprayer nozzle. All of my interactions through the years with Precision have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage doors, openers or repairs.

Showed up on time. Got right to work with a diagnosis and gave multiple repair options. Explained the pros and cons to each one. We made our choice. He got the job done quickly and was on his way. We needed adjustments on our door opener safety kit. Brad called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. Within 10 minutes he had assessed the problem, told me what he was going to do and began the repair. Within 1/2 hour, he had completed the repairs, configured the wiring properly and ensured that our mobile units were working properly. Excellent job, completed exactly as he had explained it to me. I also appreciated the suggestions for possible future work.
