William was professional, friendly and quick to make our repair. We've used Precision for nearly 20 years-whenever we've needed a repair on our opener. Each time, they were timely, reliable and professional. They're service rates are very fair. For most of us where the Garage Door Opener is still the one area of our home that we haven't mastered the DIY repair yet, I would recommend Precision to everyone! I wish all service companies were this good!

My husband and I recently bought a home and the garage door ran really rough We scheduled a tune up for the garage door opener. The technician arrived on time and addressed ALL the issues and had the needed supplies on the truck to make all repairs and the garage door now operates like it it is new. Definitely a 5 star rating. Jason was the technician who came to replace our outside key pad and service the doors. He was very professional, courteous and performed the service in a timely manner. He made sure that he practiced "social distancing" and answered all of my questions. He also left me can of spray for the hinges, as the last one I purchased had a defective sprayer nozzle. All of my interactions through the years with Precision have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage doors, openers or repairs.

Showed up on time. Got right to work with a diagnosis and gave multiple repair options. Explained the pros and cons to each one. We made our choice. He got the job done quickly and was on his way. Very polite, professional and courteous. Everything you want in a repair visit. Made the call for service mid-say on Saturday and he was here within hours. Highly recommend this company if this is the type of service you get time after time.

We needed adjustments on our door opener safety kit. Brad called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. Within 10 minutes he had assessed the problem, told me what he was going to do and began the repair. Within 1/2 hour, he had completed the repairs, configured the wiring properly and ensured that our mobile units were working properly. Excellent job, completed exactly as he had explained it to me. I also appreciated the suggestions for possible future work.

Service Tech, Brad Weatherby, did an absolutely outstanding job with my garage door repairs! He was very professional, worked hard, was very courteous, very patient answering my questions, very knowledgeable and did not leave a mess in my garage. I was just clueless as to why my old garage door wasn't working, but when Brad came out, he explained all the mechanisms (in layman's terms so I could understand it) of why my garage door wasn't working properly and what needed to be done to repair it. He took time to show me all my options to meet my budget and get my garage door working properly. My old garage door needed lots of repairs and Brad had to replace the garage door opener, the spring, the rollers, cables, etc, but it wasn't a challenge for Brad. He definitely knew what he was doing and he made sure the work was done very proficiently! After the repairs were completed, Brad took the time to explain the new features of my garage door opener and the warranty of the parts he replaced. He also took the time to explain how to properly lubricate the garage door so I could the longest life out of it. Precision Door Service has to be very proud and happy to have such an outstanding employee of such high caliber! Thank you Brad for a fantastic job on my garage door and making this repair a good experience!

The advertisement said they serviced all door brands but when technician arrived he said he didn't work on that type and he charged me $65.00 for nothing and left. I felt l got ripped off.

Scam Artists. Was told that I would be charge $65, the cost of their standard service call, to get a garage door closed. When they got here, I asked them how much it going to cost to replace the door, and they quoted me $1600, for a 2 bay door. (No insulation, no extras.) Then, as I was moving stuff out of their way so they could get in and do the job that I had called them for (Getting my garage secured), he tells me that it's going to be $150 to get the door down. I told them they could leave. Another company was there 20 minutes later, with a far better estimate, and closed the door for free. (A 30 second job with 2 people.)

I called and Precision came out within 2 hours as there advertisements stated. They performed a tune up on 3 doors right away. Some additional pieces were needed and they were back the following day and installed the special ordered pieces. The technicians were very professional, nice and knowledgeable. They deserve a10 stars however the most I can give them is 5. Thank you so much for the great service
