Had a broken spring and your tech came out and corrected the issue, all under warranty. The tech was obviously well versed in door repair and I'm so thankful for your staff. I recently had to replace the spring on my garage door. I called Precision on the weekend and was able to have a technician come to my hose that day. When the technician, Lyle , arrived he was very courteous and explained all my options to me. I decided to upgrade everything that was subpar and or broken.Lyle was fantastic and knew what he was doing beyond a doubt. I would highly recommend Precision for anything related to garage doors. Dylan was very professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful. He looked at the entire garage door system, and I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to upgrade the service I needed. He explained the problems my motor would experience sometime in the near future, and gave me the option to replace it and save another service call to my house. He completed all repairs in a timely manner and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again and would recommend PGD to my neighbors.
