I installed an insulated garage door. The process from sales through installation was handled professionally. All meetings were on time and the installation by Shane went smoothly. I also appreciated Shane taking time to walk through maintenance so the new doors will look and function properly for years. I recently had to replace the spring on my garage door. I called Precision on the weekend and was able to have a technician come to my hose that day. When the technician, Lyle , arrived he was very courteous and explained all my options to me. I decided to upgrade everything that was subpar and or broken.Lyle was fantastic and knew what he was doing beyond a doubt. I would highly recommend Precision for anything related to garage doors. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone! They were extremely efficient, had an appointment available the day I called, and were incredibly friendly. David was my technician, and he explained everything to me and provided me with quality work. I am incredibly happy with the repairs to my garage door opener system, and would encourage anyone in need of ANY type of garage door repair to call Precision!

I would never use your company. All we had was a simple job to fix our garage door that the cable was off the track. Your guy was very nice but wanted to replace all the parts for our garage door (which didn't need it) for $600. And that was the cheapest of the three estimates he gave us!!! So I called a different local company they came and fixed what was wrong in 30 minutes, No parts needed and the total bill was $96.25!!!!! Your company is a complete rip-off. I will never recommend you or your services.
