I love Precision doors! I have had to have them come out several times because we have messed the garage doors up. U not pulling up enough in the garage. I have been very lucky to get Brandon each time. There isn't a nicer young man. He is kind, honest and just a good guy. You feel very safe and taken care!

Technician was professional and did good job. I feel the price was a little excessive based on work performed on my garage door in another state recently. $645 for replacing springs , rollers and hub seems high.

Jared Ange was a master at replacing my two openers. The newer belt drive openers are extremely quiet and very smooth. It was very evident Jared knew all the little tricks to install the units quickly and accurately. I am very pleased with the installation and would request Jared for any further needs in the future. Had Precision Door install new opener, springs, and rails in 2012 and never regretted it. In March 2016 had an intermittent problem with opening and closing door. Called Friday evening and had appt. on Saturday. Brandon checked over door and found the work in 2012 was not up to his standards. Contacted his boss and just about completely reaccomplished the work, to include new parts, at no cost.

Our garage door bolts came off the wall. The repairman fastened the bolts into the wall and now the garage door works fine. He was timely, polite, and very efficient. We really appreciated the fast service. My husband is very hard of hearing and the repairman called when he was on route giving him plenty of notice to meet him outside the complex. The estimates have been forwarded to our landlord. Thank you once again.
