Arrived early for appointment due to finishing a previous call early. Quickly figured out the problem and replaced the safety eyes that were faulty. He was actually finished by the start of the original appointment time. Excellent service!

Aaron came out and installed new springs, cables, pulleys, roller and nylon bushings. He also fixed our doors from scraping the opener bar. We were very impressed with Merrick. He was very knowledgeable, well spoken, helpful, and friendly. During the visit to repair our garage door springs, we were able to get our remotes all working and our door opening again. He was very dedicated to our satisfaction. I called Precision after the garage door closed on my wife's car and was severely damaged. Jared arrived at the appointment time the following day, and we discussed a new door. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available and never tried to hard sell me anything, consequently I was able to make a sound decision. After he wrote the order up, he got his tools and parts and was able to repair my broken door so it would function until the new one came in. He was even truthful enough to tell me that while Precision may be slightly higher in price, the thorough work they do to replace a door is better than most if not all garage repair places. I am sure if the service I received for my broken door is any indication, I will be very happy with the installation of the new door.

Fast, friendly, and VERY efficient. I had them do an overhaul of my garage door a year ago which is said to be a lifetime warranty. These guys mean it when they say lifetime warranty. They fixed my problem, replaced the bad part in 15 minutes and there was no charge. You can trust this company!!

I did not and would not purchase a door from your company. I specifically wrote on your technicians work order no purchase. Your tech was not completely honest with us and when my husband called and spoke with someone in management he stated that his tech did not lie and that our door was crap. So we will not do business with a company that cannot be honest up front.

Cole McCollum was our representative who came to our house. He was so polite and knowledgeable of the equipment. He did a garage door overhaul for us which included new spring, new pulley drums, and new rollers. The door was so quiet and smooth operating after the work was completed. A few days after the work was completed I noticed that the light on our garage door motor kept going off in the full open position. That would have made it very dangerous to walk down the stairs at night to get to our car. I called Precision Door and explained the problem. I talked with Cole about the problem. Even though he did not install the garage door opener in the overhaul he agreed to come out and look at what was causing the problem. He called the manufacturer and it was a simple fix of unplugging the opener and re plugging it to the electrical source. The amazing thing is that I was not charged a service charge. Precision Door is an excellent company that excels in customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. Thanks for being there for our family. Harry D. Jester

Thank you for being available to us when our garage door failed. Our garage door spring broke in two places and we could not get it open to attend church on Sunday morning. He came to our home on Sunday night very late in the evening. I am very grateful that Precision Door Service is available 24/7 to help with emergency issues. Your representative, Cole McCollum was very professional and suggested a garage door overhaul. He replaced spring, rollers, and cable drums. The door is so quiet now and easy to open. I would have given 5 stars for the service except that Cole left greasy fingerprints on the door which he did not clean up. We had to spend time later scrubbing them off. Existing garage door broke and Precision was called and responded next day to fix broken door until a new garage door and opener could be installed. Technician was helpful, knowledgeable, and performed excellent work. The price was higher than expected, but with a lifetime warranty, I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, I'm pleased with service, product quality, and performance.

I called Precision after I called two other companies that were recommended to me by friends and neither of the two returned my call. I saw a coupon for precision so I thought I would call them. I talked to real live person who made by appointment for the next day. Cole was the technician and he was very well informed on garage doors and was a very pleasant rep. of the company. He recommended some things that would be needed in the future and I went ahead and had Cole replace one spring with two and replace the rollers because it just made sense to do it now. Would definitely recommend precision to anyone. Extremely professional from the get go.
