Very disappointed. The technician that came to look at door suggested approx 700.00 of work to the door unit to correct the problem, that only consisted of two new springs, cables and rollers. What was suggested had nothing to do with the problem the door was having. The tech diganosed the problem without checking anything, and was wrong in his diagnoses. I refused the work and paid for a tune up which consisted of him checking the tightness of the door bolts and applying grease to the screw drive. Made no difference to the problem. I inspected the door and found the problem which was a 9.80 part at Home Depot. Put that part on and door works beautifully. I feel the tech was just wanting to up sell me and make as much money as possible without regard to customer service. Would not suggest or recommend this company to anyone and will not have them ever do any work for me.

I had a garage hardware replacement and a new door installed. Technicians were very friendly and certainly knew their products. I never felt as though they were pushing a higher cost repair or product. I really appreciated that they were clearly identified and right on time with a arrival call as they promised. Highly recommend this company and their staff.

Arron did a super job. He called to tell me he was on his way and was there within the hour. Told me how long he expected it to take to remove old door and re install/program new door. I think he missed his guess by 5 min. I'd recommend precision doors.

Garage door was too heavy for opener and went off track. I opted to have replacement of springs, etc. as well as other items recommended by the technician. The technician and his helper were prompt, courteous and explained the situation very clearly.

Aaron came out and installed new springs, cables, pulleys, roller and nylon bushings. He also fixed our doors from scraping the opener bar. Our doors work better than when we bought the house new 10 years ago! Much smoother and quieter. He explained everything in detail and was very polite and quick. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Precision came out the same day and earlier than stated in the appointment. Merrick was professional with his recommendations and advise to upgrade the garage door spring. Though I spent more money than anticipated it was worth the peace of mind knowing when Merrick left that the repairs/upgrade was like having a life insurance policy. Thanks Precision!

We were very impressed with Merrick. He was very knowledgeable, well spoken, helpful, and friendly. During the visit to repair our garage door springs, we were able to get our remotes all working and our door opening again. He was very dedicated to our satisfaction. I called Precision after the garage door closed on my wife's car and was severely damaged. Jared arrived at the appointment time the following day, and we discussed a new door. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available and never tried to hard sell me anything, consequently I was able to make a sound decision. After he wrote the order up, he got his tools and parts and was able to repair my broken door so it would function until the new one came in. He was even truthful enough to tell me that while Precision may be slightly higher in price, the thorough work they do to replace a door is better than most if not all garage repair places. I am sure if the service I received for my broken door is any indication, I will be very happy with the installation of the new door.

I did not and would not purchase a door from your company. I specifically wrote on your technicians work order no purchase. Your tech was not completely honest with us and when my husband called and spoke with someone in management he stated that his tech did not lie and that our door was crap. So we will not do business with a company that cannot be honest up front.

After further investigating the review received by Mrs. Woodcock, Precision Door Service was upfront & honest with the customer about the make, model & manufacturer quality of the door & spring system at hand. We simply advised to replace door rather than invest money in the existing door. No one from our company has been dishonest or downgraded the customers home or belongings.

Fast, friendly, and VERY efficient. I had them do an overhaul of my garage door a year ago which is said to be a lifetime warranty. These guys mean it when they say lifetime warranty. They fixed my problem, replaced the bad part in 15 minutes and there was no charge. You can trust this company!!
