Troy Weiss was my technician. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem with my door remotes not working and quickly had the problem resolved. He then did a safety evaluation on my entire door and hardware which is at least 14 years old. He provided me with recommended maintenance suggestions on these items and also price quotes on the different levels to choose from in order that I will be able to decide which actions to take on my system. I was very well pleased with everything that took place in regards to my situation. I would most definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that has an issue with their garage door.

Thomas done a great job! My appointment was at 10:00A.M. He called and asked if I would like to move appointment up an hour which worked out better for us. When he showed up he explained what was going on with our door and explained 3 different price and warranty options. Thomas was very couteous and worked very hard. He our door fixed in about an hour and a half.

Cables jumped the drum. Had them replace the rollers, spring and drums. (10 yrs old) Tom showed up same day and had all the work complete in one hour. He also fixed my tracks as they were out of alignment. Very Satisfied - the door is super quiet compared to the original.

Excellent response. Brian was on time and estimated a replacement door. He also assisted me in raising and lowering the garage door that was hung up. Door has not been installed yet and will follow up with additional review after installation is complete.

We were very impressed with Shane Follis. He called to give us the time of his arrival and was there when e said he would be. He was very friendly and personable. He gave us our price and three options and was not pushy or insistent when we chose the option that we felt that we could afford. He got to work and really knew what he was doing. No muss, no fuss, and very efficient. We were very happy with the work and happy that we found the coupon/flyer in the Valpak that we received. If we have a need again for work on our garage door, we will definitely call Precision and will definitely ask for Shane again.

Great customer service. My appointment was between 12 & 2, there was a problem at the job prior to mine, and they called to let me know he was running late. I received another call to let me know if he could't make it they would send some one else. Then another call to let me know some one in my area had finished their job & was on the way to my house. I understand that unexpected problems arise, but by keeping me advised of the situation and not let me just sit and wonder where they are is outstanding customer service. The technician, Shane was great. He gave me three options, and explained all 3 in detail, and fixed the problem in a timely matter.

We chose Precision because they serviced several homes in our neighborhood (DWLP) and were highly recommended. Precision's tech, Sammy, was thoroughly knowledgeable on our door and its problem (broken spring). He provided 3 service options, without pressuring to choose any of them. Sammy worked quickly, replacing the springs, all rollers, and spindles in less than an hour. While we now have a lifetime warranty on these new parts and don't anticipate needing them repaired/replaced, we'll definitely use Precision again should other problems arise with our garage door or opener motor. We also liked Precision sending us an email with their service tech's name/bio and photos of all their techs as a means to identify their employees.

We were trapped!! Both cars were in the garage and we couldn't get it open. Called around 4:00pm and Shane Follis showed up around 6:30pm. He was AWESOME!! Brandon arrived early gave me a report on the problem and the cost. He did a great timely repair and explained everything clearly. The cost was more than we had hoped but it was an old door. We were pleased and would recommend Precision. If we need help again they will be our first call. Same day service was a Blessing.
