Today I had need of Precision to come out to the house and provide a tune-up on our garage door/wheels. Our technician was Jason Skillern who was courteous, professional and a very skilled tech who showed me someone who takes pride in his work. I was extremely satisfied with Jason's work. I’ve had two service calls to Precision and both times they: 1. Were able to provide me service in less than 12 hours not like the others who were advertising 24 hours response but really will take up to 5 days 2. Precision did not have an Extreme price and were able to repair my garage door that was hit by my vehicle - a very Reasonable price and the Service Tech was well versed and Professional

Jonathan, our Tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The project he discovered would take more than the two hours allotted. Nonetheless, he picked up the second opener, came back, and worked until the job was completed, which included a little reprogramming of the key codes and remotes. Great technician, and great service.

Precision Door Service repaired my garage door the same day I called them. They replaced broken springs under warranty, and I had them install a new LiftMaster since my old one was 22 years old and had been problematic the past couple of years. I would highly recommend them.

This is my second time using Precision Door. The first time my door would not open and we were extremely please with the arrival time got here. They explained several options to me. I choose to get a new opening system rail with a key pad outside. We are very happy and please. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions. Yhe second time was when the remote outside quit working. We were greatful we got the same polite tech to come again. He fixed it and we are very pleased with service.

One of my springs broke. I called and a technician was at my home in less than 3 hours! New springs and other items done quickly, and professionally! Lyle was our tech and did a tremendous job!
