5 Stars!!! This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. We love that they are very upfront about everything - They send you texts as updates and reminders - the service person calls prior to arrival. We have been very pleased with their professional conduct and quick response. We highly recommend their service. We were in need of electrical board replacement in both our garage door motors.

Garage door spring broke @ 0330 this morning as I was attempting to head to airport, go figure lol. I called precision door & was given an appt. Printes the installer called when he was on his way, 1000 am. He showed up on schedule & definitely knew his stuff, he made it look easy. A definite asset to the company. 5 star experience for sure, if I need svc again I’ll be callin precision. Word of mouth speaks volumes & I’ll do my part to spread the word ! Well done !

Have been a long standing customer of Precision for several years. About 3 yrs ago I had them install new garage doors which I have been completely satisfied with. Had them out today as one of the doors would not go down due to the garage door opener not working and also scheduled a yrly inspection. Seems the wiring for the lft side on this door was loose. Jason rewired, did the inspection, lubricated and also recommended lubricating the hinges every 6 mos and showed me how to remove keypad cover to change out batteries. We have always had great service from this company and that was proven once again today. Jason was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this company

I had a problem opening and closing my garage door. I called Precision on December 23rd and they sent someone the next day, I was impressed that I could get service done that quick, mostly on Christmas eve. the problem was the steel back safety eye issue, and I asked the service tech, Tony Strickland if he could go ahead and replace them, even though he was able to have the current system to work but I wanted to make sure that I would not have any future problem with it. ITony was really super nice and cordial, he went ahead and changed to steel safety eye on both side, and conducted a complete safety checklist on the entire system to make sure everything was in proper working order. The cold weather did not prevent him to get the job done, and he kept me aware of my options to insure I get the best results, including the cost of the the various options. I was impressed and completely satisfied with his work, kind patience and professionalism..

My technician, Robert, had a challenging morning with something going wrong with his vehicle and him having to get a different one. He nevertheless arrived on time and did a good job assessing the situation and giving me information about my options. He answered all my questions and was knowledgable about the various products available. Unfortunately there is a long waiting period for the door to arrive (not the fault of Precision) so I won't get my replacement door for several months. Robert was able to close and secure the current door for safety, which I appreciated.

Jon Lane was awesome to work with. We had a nearly 20-yr old chain driven opener on its last leg with an awfully squeaky door and parts that were just about worn out. Jon quickly saw everything we needed and offered 3 different packages in a "good-better-best" type scenario. He estimated 3 hours to completely overhaul our existing door mechanics & install the new belt-driven opener (that is also wifi-capable, which has been awesome!) but worked so efficiently that he was out in just over 1.5 hours. Tons of quality work done, everything looks great, sounds MUCH better, and Jon couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jon & Precision!

Our technician (Robert B.) was great. He was both personable and businesslike (a rare combination!). Within a minute after parking his van, he told me what was wrong with our door. Then, he thoroughly explained our various options. We did not purchase anything at the time. But, that is because we will be saving money to buy your top-of-the-line garage door system. We feel that both your products and your people are worth it. We did not feel that way about the last company that we contacted....
