I had the pleasure of having Kendrick as my technician for a keypad replacement. He was timely in his arrival and gave me ample notice prior to arriving. Not only did he replace and reset my keypad, he helped me with my garage door opener and performed a variety of safety checks on my garage door and motor. Our garage door stopped opening. We reached out to Precision and they were able to come out the following day. Jason was very helpful and professional in identifying the problem and talking through the options to fix it and get the door back in good order. He was able to fix the issue during the same visit and our door is operational again and in better shape than before. Very appreciative of the quick turnaround. Jack Hodges was exceptional!! If you had a 10 star rating he would qualify. Personable, qualified and explained everything. The garage doors no longer squeal going up and down. The doors are in good working order after lubricant was applied. Jack suggested a yearly checkup which is an excellent idea. I chose Precision Door because of your ad in "The Home Mag". 5 Stars!!! This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. We love that they are very upfront about everything - They send you texts as updates and reminders - the service person calls prior to arrival. Garage door spring broke @ 0330 this morning as I was attempting to head to airport, go figure lol. I called precision door & was given an appt. Printes the installer called when he was on his way, 1000 am. He showed up on schedule & definitely knew his stuff, he made it look easy.
