Kendrick came out and gave a thorough inspection of garage opener, hinges, rollers, springs, and bottom seal. He went over everything he did with me (more than just mentioned here), and made recommendations on replacement of worn out parts. He gave me a price up front, did the work promptly and cleaned up. Everything running smooth and quiet! Kendrick was on time, professional, did great work, cleaned up, and reviewed everything done. He made sure I was 100% satisfied before payment. I called Precision because my garage door was not closing consistently and they had a technician come out the same day I called. Tony arrived on time, talked me through his review of my garage doors and the adjustments he made to fix the problem. He completed some routine maintenance and ensured the doors were working properly. Tony was friendly, fast and effective!

My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.

I had the pleasure of having Kendrick as my technician for a keypad replacement. He was timely in his arrival and gave me ample notice prior to arriving. Not only did he replace and reset my keypad, he helped me with my garage door opener and performed a variety of safety checks on my garage door and motor. Our garage door stopped opening. We reached out to Precision and they were able to come out the following day. Jason was very helpful and professional in identifying the problem and talking through the options to fix it and get the door back in good order. He was able to fix the issue during the same visit and our door is operational again and in better shape than before. Very appreciative of the quick turnaround. In less than 24 hours after one of the springs broke on of my garage doors, the Precision Technician, Jason, had the door mechanisms replaced and working well!
