I am BIG on customer service and I have to say that Precision has proven to give the best overall customer service to me in 2021. From the initial call to schedule for a technician, to the fast same day service, to the text alert about who was coming to service my garage door, to the friendly technician (Josh)...If I could give this company 100 stars on Google I would. Our technician (Robert B.) was great. He was both personable and businesslike (a rare combination!). Within a minute after parking his van, he told me what was wrong with our door. Then, he thoroughly explained our various options. We did not purchase anything at the time. But, that is because we will be saving money to buy your top-of-the-line garage door system. We feel that both your products and your people are worth it. We did not feel that way about the last company that we contacted.... (PS: I had to click "garage door repair" in order to send in this form, because "estimate" was not an option.)

I’ve had two service calls to Precision and both times they: 1. Were able to provide me service in less than 12 hours not like the others who were advertising 24 hours response but really will take up to 5 days 2. Precision did not have an Extreme price and were able to repair my garage door that was hit by my vehicle - a very Reasonable price and the Service Tech was well versed and Professional

Jonathan, our Tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The project he discovered would take more than the two hours allotted. Nonetheless, he picked up the second opener, came back, and worked until the job was completed, which included a little reprogramming of the key codes and remotes. Great technician, and great service.

Precision Door Service repaired my garage door the same day I called them. They replaced broken springs under warranty, and I had them install a new LiftMaster since my old one was 22 years old and had been problematic the past couple of years. I would highly recommend them.
