Garage door wouldn't close properly. The eyes needed to be replaced. Technician was very informative and professional. The customer service representative was very efficient and sent someone in a short time. I saw the ad in the Murfreesboro yellow pages.

My door got off track and we could not shut it. It was extremely cold outside. Call Percision and they came out that day. The young man that came out seemed to know what he was doing. Had me fixed in no time. Turns out the guy that installed the door had put the rollers on backwards. Had to replace the springs which were a little pricy; but works great!

I'd called the first-listed company on Google on Saturday, and made a Sunday evening appt. 5 minutes past appt time, I received a call that they weren't going to make it. So here I am at 5pm Sunday evening feeling hopeless, but decided to call the 2nd listed company anyway, which was Precision. A tech was here less than 2hrs later, and he completed a full overhaul by 9pm. That's outstanding in my opinion, and I'm very satisfied. Great job Precision, I'd fully recommend them if you need your garage serviced.

My springs broke on a Sunday and I called for service at 8am Monday to set an appointment for later that day to replace my main torsion spring which was broken. Chris came out (on time!) and after giving me options, we chose to do a complete makeover of the door with the exception of the actual door and opener. Chris performed the job quickly and effectively and it works great. Thanks for great service.

First experience with PDS. Called at 8 pm after a spring broke. Used Yellowbook, ad for 24 hrs service prompted me to call. Service was set for 11 am next morning. Received call that technician was enroute around 9:30. Brandon quickly assessed the parts needed to repair the spring and suggested a couple upgrades to improve operation. No pressure. The cost for all repairs was known before the work began. Within 1 hr, the repairs were complete. I appreciate the quick response, having the parts for the repair on the truck, and the professional attitude. Overall, great job.

I found Precision in the yellow pages and was impressed by the add. I was even more impressed by the email confirmation of my appointment with a link to the website so I could read reviews of the technician scheduled to assist me and read a little about him as well as see a picture so I would know who to be expecting at my door. Lawrence was prompt and polite. He called when he was on his way to my home. My husband had already "worked" on the door so he had quite a challenge, but he very efficiently was able to get the door open again so I could get my car out of the garage. He fully explained my options and expecting a new door and opener soon. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Within an hour and a half of contacting precision, I was meeting our technician Shane at my house. He carefully explained about the problem and the cost for repair, giving several options. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was finished in just over an hour. Although I hope I never have to use them again, I would not hesitate to do so.

This had to be the best experience I have ever had when it comes to hiring out for a home repair. I found Precision by searching for garage door repair online and checking out their website. I loved the site so I gave them a call. Shane, my technician, was at my house within the hour. Shane was very professional and I could tell he enjoys his job. He was very kind and had a very no pressure inspection on my garage door. He replaced the springs, rollers, pulleys, cables, and maybe a couple more minor things in just about 1.5 hours!
