we realized at 8:30 on a Saturday night that our garage door was broken and we couldn't get it open. We had a garage door malfunction late Saturday night and after unsuccessfully attempting to fix it ourselves, we called Precision. They scheduled a window the next morning from 10 to 1 and the technician was here promptly at 1. He provided us three options and addressed the necessary repairs. It was courteous and professional and did a wonderful job. We would recommend your company to anyone needed repair or replacement of their garage Door.

We will not recommend your company to anyone. Your technician had the $9.49 part in his hand & informed my wife it would cost $498.00 to repair. I ordered the part on line & will have it installed.
Understood sir! It is always cheaper to do things yourself. We are a service company & we have liabilities. We did not recommend just replacing the piece that was broken. There is a reason that it was broken. We simply wanted to balance the weight of the door to be able to warranty the replacement part. Sorry for the disagreement.
