we realized at 8:30 on a Saturday night that our garage door was broken and we couldn't get it open. I opened the phone book and called several companies listed for help but they were the only one that said they could come out. The tech was very nice and knew exactly what to do. Overall everything was smooth from setting up the appointment to arriving on time and fixing everything as needed. Fixed the broken spring on our single door. Also advised on our other double garage door which we were having problems with and decided to fix that one as well based on the advise and problem had been having. Thanks.

It was BLISTERING HOT and terribly humid when your gentleman came to fix our garage door. He was a trooper and very patiently explained the whole procedure.
