I was visiting my parents for Christmas. My mother informed me of a problem with the garage door. I noticed the spring had snapped in half. Called Precision door service because they advertised same day service and they had received good reviews from other customers. They came out promptly and within two hours of the initial call, the garage door was repaired. Very happy with service and repair technician (Robert). I will recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with Dillon this morning! I had a 20 year old garage door that was on its last leg! Dillon provided me with the options of fixing old door,new motor, new this, new that! We then discussed a new fresh door with outdoor keypad all new weatherproofing, 2 remotes, smoother glides all the works! He was very honest and have a new door ordered!

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Garage problems started Saturday and by Monday we had Jonathan out here to help. He was so knowledgeable and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his abilities. He was so professional and kind. The spring on our garage door broke at 8:00 PM Saturday night. By 12:00 PM on Sunday our door was fixed. Very happy Precision has 24 hour service. Technician Jonathan Lane was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Robert Barnett came out and did a door overhaul. We bought springs, rollers, and cables and he had a 35 year old double bay steel door working like it weighed 6 lbs. in an hour. I'm glad I found you guys.

I called on a Saturday night with a broken spring and not being able to get into my garage. Will showed up first thing the next morning, replaced the spring, replaced everything else, got it done very quickly, and had to do it in freezing temps. He was very nice, respectful, and explained everything he was doing. Wonderful experience!

Such a top rate company. My new garage door install was difficult because of how the builder installed it originally. These guys worked forever to get it right and it is perfect. Besides being so quiet you can barely hear it when it opens or closes, it is attractive as well. From the guy who sold us the door to the men who installed it, I was very pleased. I am totally satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.

To our dismay, our garage door only opened half-way. We eventually got the car out and called Precision. Delightfully, we were told a technician would be out later THAT DAY! We received a text indicating who the technician would be, his bio, and when he would arrive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had an emergency, when early in the morning our garage door spring suddenly broke. We could not get the door opened again to go to work. We called Precision and they immediately sent Jason out to repair it. He arrived 45 minutes later and had the springs replace and the door working great in 30 minutes.
