Called this morning (8/30/23) at approximately 8:30am and got an appointment for this afternoon because garage door wouldn’t come down under power. Technician called at 3:00pm to say he was about 45 minutes away and arrive a few minutes before 4pm. Had the problem diagnosed within 10-15 minutes and the fix was in place, he checked out everything to make sure everything else was in good shape and was gone within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Tony Strickland, as when I need the door serviced I definitely will be asking for him. Very courteous & professional. Thanks Tony!!

I sent an email to Precision late Friday afternoon. I did not to expect them to get back in touch with me until later next week. They contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. They had Saturday available (the next day) so I took that appointment. They emailed and texted my confirmation. The technician, Kendrick, contacted me the next day to advise the time he would be there. He was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. He helped me to understand what the issues were with my garage door and had all the tools and parts available to complete the repairs. The service from Precision has been top notch. From the first phone call to set up my appointment to a “thank you” email from the company, I have had a great experience. I highly recommend Precision.

Sales team is horrible. I was told it would only take 6 weeks to have it installed and it turned into almost 8 months. Would not return calls or keep me informed of the status. It even got to the point where I was ready to cancel the contract and let them keep the money I had already pain. Price was comparable to two other quotes I got.

I never thought of this happening, but I used my remote from inside my car to open the garage door and back out. In a hurry and seeing light of day in the rear view mirror, I backed slowly out, however I hit the last panel of the garage door. I called Precision and Brandon came to assess the situation-explaining the workings of the opening system and offering solutions. Fortunately, the door still operates and has a little, barely noticable kink that hardly affects the esthetics. I've made a decision to hold off an replacement but would not hesitate to call Precision or recommend them in the future

On my way to work I backed into my garage door when it didn’t open all the way. I was so frustrated and worried about how much it would cost to repair, not to mention my car being trapped in the garage. In May 2015 Precision Garage Door Service of Nashville installed a “top of the line” insulated garage door with windows and the LiftMaster #8550 Elite Series 3/4HP with built-in battery and MyQ Technology. Since the install this garage door and system has performed flawlessly with me doing the maintenance. I decided to engage Precision to do a check-up of my door and system seeing as it has been in use for seven years and they sent out Robert Barnett to take care of me. To use Robert’s words…the “door and equipment still look and operate like they are new”. Robert went through the entire system, ran tests, and didn’t even see the need to lubricate the system. He provided me some tips on maintaining my system in good condition and even showed me a diagnostic tip on the MyQ App. Overall…an exceptional experience and Robert took great care of me. Thanks Precision…you installed an excellent system that is still running great today!

The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.

We had an emergency, when early in the morning our garage door spring suddenly broke. We could not get the door opened again to go to work. We called Precision and they immediately sent Jason out to repair it. He arrived 45 minutes later and had the springs replace and the door working great in 30 minutes.
