My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand.
