Very personable service call. Knowledgeable about the product. My only regret is that I really wanted an American or German made product instead of the Chinese made unit. I hope it last at least as long as the Chamberlain unit (old unit still working but needed a new belt after 15 years!) Also bought the nylon rollers and an extra strut and the door operates almost silently. The door and hardware is over 23 years old. Very satisfied so far.

I called because my garage door started screeching every time it opened and closed. Precision has been my go to service for the last several years, and they had installed a new door opener for me the first of the year, and a new spring the year before. I thought the screeching was due to the spring being wound too tight. It turned out that it was joints and rollers needing lubricated. Dillon was the last tech to come out to our house and he came back to address the problem. He was very patient and oiled all the joints and hinges and the noise stopped. He even replaced the barely 2 year old spring free of charge. Precision is a bit more expensive than some other companies, but they stand behind their work. Their professionalism and service more than make up for the price difference. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Called this A.M.,my garage door had come off the tracks and was hanging over my car. Called Precision they sent someone today and the springs were broken. Glad there was no injury and wes repair shortly. Great service and company

Service was great! I loved the fact that I could view my repair technician and learn about him prior to him ever getting to my home. He came out same day and my garage was repaired in no time. Great Service. The technician called and was actually able to come out earlier, only a few hours after I made the appointment, same day. He gave a thorough explanation of what he was going to check. He went through all the items that were operational, and those that were not. The problem with the door was a simple fix, and paid for only the service needed. Great company. Would highly recommend for any garage door service.

My garage door would not go up. I called Precision and Jenna was very courteous and quickly made an appt for the same day. Thomas shows up and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and explained the best method for repair. Thomas converted my builder grade cheap Wayne Dalton system to Precision. I also decided to go with the Precision door opener as well! Boy am I glad i did! What a superior system than what I had. Thomas was done in less than 2 hours! He then explained the operation procedure and programmed both my vehicles. I am so impressed! Thank you to Thomas and Jenna for making my day!

I contacted Precision because of the other great reviews after searching. Lyle was prompt in getting here to do assessment & provide various quotes I requested. We ended up getting a whole new garage door, frames, springs, opener, etc. -- the whole system! Shane came as scheduled, even on a very cold day (didn't bother him in the least!) He was great -- good communication, prompt service, explained everything, done!
