Service was great! I loved the fact that I could view my repair technician and learn about him prior to him ever getting to my home. He came out same day and my garage was repaired in no time. He was very polite,professional, explained everything, and presented all options but without hassling me into buying something I didn’t want. One happy customer here. Great Service. The technician called and was actually able to come out earlier, only a few hours after I made the appointment, same day. He gave a thorough explanation of what he was going to check. He went through all the items that were operational, and those that were not. The problem with the door was a simple fix, and paid for only the service needed. Great company. Would highly recommend for any garage door service.

My garage door would not go up. I called Precision and Jenna was very courteous and quickly made an appt for the same day. Thomas shows up and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and explained the best method for repair. Thomas converted my builder grade cheap Wayne Dalton system to Precision. I also decided to go with the Precision door opener as well! Boy am I glad i did! What a superior system than what I had. Thomas was done in less than 2 hours! He then explained the operation procedure and programmed both my vehicles. I am so impressed! Thank you to Thomas and Jenna for making my day!

I contacted Precision because of the other great reviews after searching. Lyle was prompt in getting here to do assessment & provide various quotes I requested. We ended up getting a whole new garage door, frames, springs, opener, etc. -- the whole system! Shane came as scheduled, even on a very cold day (didn't bother him in the least!) He was great -- good communication, prompt service, explained everything, done!

I’ve used this service before. They are very prompt and do s great job. Mission accomplished. I had lost my remote for garage door. He took care of it and replaced my light in the opener. Oh he also helped me with my groceries By bringing them in the house for me. Great guy Very nice. Good job.

Mike called almost an hour early, which helped my schedule a lot. He said he had finished shed a job early and wondered if he could come on over. He also made sure that if that was too early it WAS completely fine and 2pm would work. He got there and quickly resolved our issue. I called them about 8:30am and they were there by 1:30. Awesome service.

Really good service. Casey Reynolds was friendly and knew right away what was needed to fix our problem. We called Precision around 8pm and our garage door was fixed same night. Definitely will use Precision again if we ever need to!!!
