I purchased a garage door opener about 200 days ago. Yesterday, the entire mechanism collapsed. Called precision, they sent out Brian (amazing!) to fix what a prior installer did poorly. My understanding is that the tech who installed my system is no longer there....that was a good move. Brian was excellent...on time...did a fantastic job.

Sean, Just wanted to drop you a note about Todd Noel, Precision Door Tech who took care of my garage door opener problems. He's awesome! Todd was prompt, courteous & willing to inspect my garage door tracks plus the rollers to insure proper up & down operation. Todd was the 2nd PDS tech who came to fix my garage door problems & was just as competent & courteous as the tech before him. I can't speak for your other techs, often a different person may not be able to give the same service as the original tech. This is not so with Precision Door fortunately for me! All was super!!!
