Your technician, Shane Follis, arrived earlier than the appointed time (after calling first) and repaired my garage door in about an hour. Very pleasant, energetic, capable, and courteous throughout. Selected your company from the internet. A random (but totally satisfactory) choice. I will definitely recommend Shane to friends and family.

Thank you for the quick response to my request for an appointment. Today Jared was at my house at 9 a.m. quickly surveyed the situation and gave me three options. He was very professional and patient as I made my decisions. The work is completed and Im confident it was done right and at a fair price.

Arrived promptly at the appointed time. Assessed the needed repairs and gave me a written estimate of the cost (on the tablet computer). Performed the repairs (new springs, safety cables, pulleys, and rollers) on two garage doors. Tested both doors and made adjustments in the tracks to ensure the doors closed tightly. Quality work. Cost was high but probably comparable to the competition. I would rate the service performed at 5 stars.

Service was scheduled quickly accoding to my best availability and the technician was a little early. He explained my options and answered my questions clearly, even showing me why my door opener had failed. He replaced the opener immediately and showed me how the controls worked so when he left I was fully comfortable with my new door opener. He was professional but also very courteous and friendly.
Thank you for the kind words & we appreciate your business!!!!

This morning after hearing a loud noise we discovered the spring on our garage door had broken in half. Of course, the car was in the garage and we were unable to lift the door manually. After checking online, I called Precision and our experience with this company could not have been more positive. By noon, technician, Brandon Christensen was repairing the door. His level of expertise, professionalism and courtesy was exceptional. He is a definite asset to Precision Door Service. We would not hesitate to use this company again. Definitely 5 star!
Thank you guys for the very kind words! Brandon is a fine young man & great employee! We definitely value him as a great asset & we greatly appreciate your business!!!! Thanks again!!!
