Very professional and excellent customer service. Chris did a great job of explaining what repairs needed to be done and the options for completing them. He was very knowledgeable about the products. I was immediately impressed with your web page and that prompted me to call to inquire about a repair. It was a Saturday morning and my garage door had a broken metal piece and would not close all of the way. I was very pleased to find out that someone could come that day. They said it would be at least 6 pm but the repairman, Todd, called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and was confident in what he needed to do. I felt the price was fair, especially for a weekend. I give a 5-star rating!
