Shane came over right away and was very polite and helpful. He fixed my garage door and I know it is really fixed. He took the time to go over the issues my garage door had and included the applicable coupon to give me the best deal. I will be recommending them to others.

Sean, Just wanted to drop you a note about Todd Noel, Precision Door Tech who took care of my garage door opener problems. He's awesome! Todd was prompt, courteous & willing to inspect my garage door tracks plus the rollers to insure proper up & down operation. Todd was the 2nd PDS tech who came to fix my garage door problems & was just as competent & courteous as the tech before him. I can't speak for your other techs, often a different person may not be able to give the same service as the original tech. This is not so with Precision Door fortunately for me! All was super!!! I was immediately impressed with your web page and that prompted me to call to inquire about a repair. It was a Saturday morning and my garage door had a broken metal piece and would not close all of the way. I was very pleased to find out that someone could come that day. They said it would be at least 6 pm but the repairman, Todd, called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and was confident in what he needed to do. I felt the price was fair, especially for a weekend. I give a 5-star rating!
